What a nice place

Very much enjoyed my stay at Robin's Nest. Very nicely furnished with lots of room. Centrally located to all the things to see and do in Port Townsend. Robin was a very nice host. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty property

We stayed here for a week and it was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated how clean it was! The home is very cute and cozy and the bed is comfortable.

Perfect stay in PT

The property is delightful. Wonderfully decorated with bright color and heirlooms. Proximity to PT sights is quite good. Met Robin and found her so engaging, informative and delightful. We will be back.

Sweet

This is a lovely little spot. The only downside is it doesn’t have a kitchenette which we prefer. It’s very close to downtown but not in it which we love. A sweet garden in a quiet neighborhood.

Thank you Ogden, So happy you enjoyed your stay. As detailed in the description of the studio... for any of those who want to make breakfast, lunches or reheat a dinner, the sitting room is outfitted with a hospitality nook that provides a keureg coffee maker (and coffee), microwave oven, fridge and dishware as well as a dining table to enjoy your meals. Places that carry full kitchenettes have that amenity reflected in their pricing.... that's why mine is at a more affordable rate. Good reminder to fellow travelers to fully read what is provided and make trade-offs as budgets allow. Happy trails to future travels! Robin :>

Great stay

Robin is a great host. Property was beautifully maintained & was very clean . Had everything we needed, 1 bedroom, bathroom & 2nd room w table , microwave & small fridge . Also 2nd room had plenty of room for us to do our daily am floor stretching. Will be back July 2024 .

A very comfortable 2 room suite.

We expected a typical efficiciency single room accomodation..like a hotel room. But were pleased to see that it in fact a seperate bedroom..Much more space to relax in. Robin is a great host, and she takes a lot of pride in caring for the rooms--and is a proud host.The accomodations are "spotless" and well prepared fro each guestShe provided excellent resturant recommendations as well

Relaxing, quiet, personal space

Very nice time. Only suggestion- it’s listed as “petite bed and breakfast”. There is no breakfast - donuts or muffins or anything.

Hi Cheryl, I'm actually listed as an "efficiency studio" on VRBO. Though my logo on outdoor signage and welcome card says "petite bed and breakfast", I alert guests prior to arrival (as I did you) that breakfast is no longer included. I stopped serving breakfast after Covid and instead put small fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave oven in studios. I do provide an assortment of breakfast bars, coffee and tea which you and Ed seemed to enjoy in abundancy. Thanks again for visiting, Robin

Lovely Getaway

Everything described in the listing is accurate. Check-in and check-out is flawless. Host provides a Keurig machine with coffee/tea and a microwave. She also supplies some granola bars for those who like a quick and go breakfast. Mini fridge and bowls/plates provided allows you to have breakfast or yogurt in the mornings. Nice to have your own space. Thank you Robin.

Robin is clearly a professional hotelier with a keen eye for detail and thoughtfulness. Dove's Perch is a very comfortable one-bedroom suite with a private bathroom. Very nicely decorated, as is the entire property, with parking just across a narrow street. She very thoughtfully provided everything you might need during my stay. The only downsides are that you are in someone else's house and so you are expected to clean up after yourself and keep noise to a minimum but I didn't find that a difficult or unreasonable requirement. And, there's only a kitchenette, not a full kitchen with a stove and oven, but the kitchenette is well-stocked with coffee and tea machines, a microwave, and a good sized refrigerator/freezer. I was very comfortable there during my week stay. I did find that I longed for a slightly more comfortable chair in the living room, more like a pub chair than a dining chair. There is such a chair in the bedroom but somehow I wanted to use my laptop in the living room and not the bedroom. Space in the living room is limited but I think it might work if the mirror shelf and TV stand was removed and the TV hung on the wall, and then move the TV South to the corner and locate two pub chairs across from it, and then move the dining table and chairs Northward towards the kitchenette. Just a small suggestion for a nearly ideal space.

Clean, quiet house and neighborhood, comfortable bed, great shower, lovely garden! A nice, 30-40 minute walk from the Uptown and waterfront areas, which we loved as it built in more exercise. If you are planning to eat all your meals out, this is a good set up for that.

Robin is a wonderful host and her property is impeccably maintained. It is on the second floor with several windows that can allow a lot of fresh air in as desired. Everything we needed was provided in the unit and Robin was always available to respond to any other requests. Wonderful experience and we would stay again.

Great Place To Stay!

We loved the garden entry! Robyn made sure we were cool and comfortable as it was abnormally hot for the area. Very close to downtown Porr Townsend 💕
