Planned a last minute trip but it was a great stay. Only thing that was a bummer was the screen for the sliding door was ripped so we couldn’t have it open.

Really Great

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property, the condo, the people vacationing and working there, we were very happy with all of it and will probably come back for another stay in the future.

Good resort and a great stay.

We had our first trip to PP and our experience in c101 was good.The cantina was great , pricing was good and the quality of food and drink was great as well as the service.The grounds were maintained well and we will defiantly be back.

Excellent location and home

Loved this place! Great access to beach, property was clean and in good condition and pretty spacious with minimal clutter. Loved waking up to the ocean view! The property management company was really easy to talk to and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay away! The host was non communicative and very painful to deal with. She ignored our messages and left a family with little kids outside for 2 hours. When she finally replied she refused to help during check-in when we needed to switch another family to the apartment since we booked it for them. She had no decency. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of great places with great hosts.

Loved it!

The condo was immaculately clean and wonderfully appointed. It had a beautiful ocean view and well-kept grounds. Highly recommended!

Great quick stay

We wanted to extend our trip by one night. This was easy to book last minute. The condo is well appointed, including beach chairs, beach towels and every kitchen appliance you could possibly want. We will stay here again for a longer vacation next time.

Comfortable and convenient

Very clean and sorted property with a convenient first floor location - but also in the corner so quieter than most. Parking right by the door, made it so easy to load/unload (easy to take that for granted). We loved the comfortable beds. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay; clean, everything one would need for a perfect vacation.

Sandy Beach Princesa C101 was an excellent place to stay; very clean and all amenities needed. The management was awesome to work with and responded quickly to any inquiries. Convenient store with a little bit of everything in it and a restaurant that served the best food and has great service. We would recommend Sandy Beach Princesa to everyone looking for a great, safe vacation spot. Thanks for the perfect vacation! Ardean and Marilyn A.

Great fall break vacation!!!

The condo was amazing!!! Communication and instructions were awesome. Easy to understand what to expect. The condo has a great patio, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a beautiful condo with lots of extras to enjoy the pools and beach. Restaurant on site was fantastic and staff were so friendly!!!! Would absolutely book this one again!

Princesa C 101 was everything I expected and more..,.

It was spacious - had a lovely view of the Sea of Cortez and entire complex. Viewing from the patio, the palms, gardens, and entire area is especially well maintained and clean C 101 has every convenience in appliances. I enjoyed the options on the coffee machine - choose single cup or brew a pot of coffee. Very cool. Two wonderful months. Whenever I raised a question it was handled immediately, which was much appreciated. The keyless entry is so do very convenient! King beds, tv in each bedroom, new appliances all added for comfort and enjoyment. THANK YOU I highly recommend C101 Arrive, walk in and enjoy

Nice Floor Level Unit

Our family of 5 had a comfortable stay. The unit was stocked well and we enjoyed all the seating inside and out.

One of the BEST properties at La Princesa

We’ve been staying at La Princesa for years, this unit is one of the best we’ve stayed at. Modern appliances and beautiful decor. Hosts were also accesible. We will definitely be back :)

Great clean and updated condo

Hosts were great. Check-in was very easy. The condo is very clean and updated. The resort has lots of amenities including an on-site restaurant and store. This was our first time at Princesa and it did not disappoint! We had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable.
