Perfect vacation getaway. Pat shared everything we needed to know prior to check in and even checked in during the week to make sure all was good. The bikes and beach locker were an incredible bonus. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay. Would definitely consider booking again. Hosts very responsive to minor issues that came up. We love the location, have stayed in Shipyard multiple times.

Four older women stayed here for the week of Sept. 23-Sept 30. The place was very clean. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning. We didn’t mind the walk to the beach, since the beach chairs were in the beach locker. We went to the pool a couple of time. Like having a private pool. Was very close to the townhouse. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of stuff to use in kitchen for cooking.

Our stay was for 10 days and we had a very enjoyable vacation. Townhome was well described and in a quiet location. Shipyard is in a great location, very close to shops, restaurants and golf. Home was 10 minute walk to beach or 5 minute bike ride. Pool is a 2 minute walk. Owner provided 4 bikes and also 4 beach chairs. This is really a nice amenity. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals if you choose to cook. Plenty of comfortable seating in living room to watch TV . Comfortable King size bed in primary and full size washer and dryer next to bedrooms. Would definitely stay again. Owners were really nice and very responsive to any questions we had,

The villa is perfect for a comfortable vacation! The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking needs. The dining area and living area are very comfortable, feels like home! The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean! This is a must to check out! The host are extremely great with communication!

Very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only thing that I would add is fans to the bedrooms. It can get warm at night in the bedrooms. Other than that, everthing was lovely.

This property was everything that was shown on the VRBO sight! Fully equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, conveniently located. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for a week in April 2026! Wonderful communication with owner!

The property was great! Kitchen well stocked, and every small detail was thought of like plenty of hangers in the closets, luggage holders, and plenty of outlets to charge all the devices. Also having bikes available to use was really nice!

Summer Beach Week

Beautiful townhouse very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our family of 3 and we would happily stay here again.

Great condo and Perfect location

A super clean and well stocked condo. The location to the pool and beach was great. Great place to ride bikes and so nice that bikes are there for your use as was beach chairs. Hope the condo is available when we visit Hilton Head again!

Great place to stay on Hilton Head Island

The property was in a convenient location on the island to access golf and restaurants. Very clean and well supplied with basic necessities. Bikes were a plus and the location to the beach access wasn't very far. Would highly recommend it
