Fantastic home! We rented for a multi generational beach trip and the house and location could not have been better! The walk to the beach was 3-4 minutes and the walk to the after dinner ice cream shop was 3-4 minutes too! The house was very quiet and laid out in a way where everyone had their space. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were beautifully furnished and provided plenty of shade. The pool and hot tub provided a nice alternative to the beach. There was a nice basket of beach towels provided and 4 adult sized bicycles too. A/C kept us comfortable at night. I was originally concerned about the carriage house being too separate, but it just flowed with the main house very easily. Great place - would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Perfect Place to stay in Rosemary Beach. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants was so convenient and was only a 2 min walk that was the best. The place was roomy and beds were comfy. Kitchen had pretty much what you needed. The pool and hot tub was a big plus after a day at the beach with lots of seating outside. The place was clean and had nice balcony to sit outside for dinner or have coffee.Having the four bikes was also fun. Parking was sometime hard at night since you had to find a space that was open in the area but we did find one. Wish you could park one car in front of the garage. Communication with the place was great. Our family will be back

Pleasant Place to Stay

Property was nice, clean, and soothing in decor. The pool was a little deceiving... has dark gray pool lining, which makes it appear dirty, even though it was very clean. Had to download the 30A app in order to find out information about the property...not my first choice, as I did not have good cell service at the time - storms in the area, but they were available by phone to help.

We loved the house! Plenty of room. Great location! I really loved how easy it was to communicate with the rental company. And thank you so much for sending cleaners in the middle of the week!! The pool was well taken care of and clean. A few things we wish were there were beach towels, and extra blankets. Also it would be helpful if you gave suggestions where we could donate leftover paper supplies and unopened food etc. we ended up taking ours to some locals who own a store down the street.

The outdoor space of this home is great, multiple places to hang out. A short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, but does not have any basic spices, foil, etc. one roll of paper towels. The house could use some interior painting, but overall was nice. Biggest complaint, no beach towels or anything for the beach. Had to go to CVS and buy 4 towels that cost 80. I have never stayed in a beach house with out beach towels.

Rosemary Beach with Nawllins vibe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome home with a fun layout and great location. Well appointed with great features and the carriage house was a cherry on top. One wrinkle is that section of 30A is a bit more...lively than other sections just a bit further north or south so that’s a consideration.

Acqua House and Carriage House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bath on the main floor of the home and carriage house were dirty. We had to call and have black mold cleaned in the carriage house shower. There is missing grout and the floors need a good scrubbing with bleach!
Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 26 mag 2025
Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. We're glad you reached out during your stay so we could address the cleanliness of the carriage house shower, and we’ve passed along your notes about the grout and floors to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for further attention. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can provide a much-improved experience in the future.

Decent rental in Rosemary

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a lot of space including the cottage house. It was clean and spacious and has a lot of amenities. It’s not a bad rental but it would have better when the weather is hot/warm. The pool heater was out even though we paid in advance, it was replaced but towards the end of our stay, the management company didn’t set the jets on our suggested schedule, the fire pit had a gas leak, etc. there were maintenance issues which put a damper on the rental but in working order it should be a great selection.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was lovely and comfortable. The location was great - just a straight shot down the neighborhood street to Boardwalk D - and onto the amazing beach. Note, the bedroom on the third floor does not have a door. We had a few minor issues with getting the pool to heat and the firepit to turn on - but the 30A team was responsive and quick. Also, the king bed on floor one to the left as you enter was not the most comfortable. Would recommend a new mattress in that room.

Great house close to beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on 30A at several rentals in years past and this one did not disappoint. The carriage house was included and proved to be accommodating for my parents who joined us during our week. It gave them privacy and added quiet if they wanted to turn in early. The main house was clean and well-appointed. The pool was a bit smaller than we’ve had at previous rentals, but served its purpose and was great! I was initially nervous about noise level as the property backs right to 30A, but it was surprisingly very quiet. The location is a quick walk to the beach and walkable to all the shops and restaurants at Rosemary we love. We strolled the summer farmers market on Sunday and bought some great local items. Such a great stay and we highly recommend this property! The management is also very responsive should any questions arise.

We also love that you were able to take advantage of the farmers market and nearby favorites in Rosemary. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Acqua cottage with teens

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited the Acqua cottage in June 2022 with our four teenage children - first visit to RB. Looked at many 30A rentals and picked this one based on proximity to the beach and fitness center (both 5 minute walks), as well as the private pool. Location was great! Although the pool was small (which is typical in RB) it was a wonderful feature. Nice to come back from the beach and relax in the pool. House worked out very well. Appreciated the many balconies and outdoor spaces. House generally well furnished and was very clean when we arrived. A/C worked well. Guest house was also very nice. 3rd floor BR does not have a 3rd floor Bathroom as noted in other reviews - need to use the kitchen bath which was fine for us but may not be ideal for others. Beach was lovely and we borrowed boogie boards that were at the house to play in the waves. Management company was very quick to respond to small issues (air in bike tires needed, lost beach pass). Would definitely consider renting this house again!
Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 16 lug 2022
