Room needs some updates , room to sleep 6 only enough chairs for 4 to watch TV in main room. Always cleaning wasn’t great floors dirty and mat at sink sticky. Love the building and location have stayed about 8 times there .

Last Minute Getaway

My family booked this condo just a few days in advance for a quick getaway. The condo was as advertised and has an amazing view of the ocean!

Loved the condo, very clean, comfortable beds, easy to get in and out of, and great location. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time!!!

The place was not that clean. Couldn't walk barefoot with out feet getting dirty. Master bathroom was also dirty. No blinds in the living room. It would have kept the place cooler. Didn't like the layout of the place. It seemed more like a motel instead of a condo. The rest of the facility lobby and such was fine.

Hello Future Guests... yes, this response is for you, our future guests and not for the author of this 2 STAR review If you are considering renting this property or any of our properties please do not let this one review affect your decision. Instead read the other 105 reviews of this property, or read some of the over 3000 reviews. Honestly it is easier for someone to slam a small business owner with a keyboard than it is to address the problem right up front and work it out. If you were to rent from Happy Crab Vacations our documentation and signage at the property clearly states if you have an issue of any sort, call us and we will take care of it. The only real issue this guest had that we could do anything about if indeed there was an issue was cleaning. But he really did not provide any specifics. His feet got dirty. Was that when he arrived or 4 days into his stay. He did not call nor say what the real problem was other than "it was not that clean". If you opt to rent from us check the place out when you arrive and let us know immediately if there are issues, we will do our best to make it right. This property has 105 reviews, 96 of those are 5 STAR REVIEWS, another 6 are 4 STAR REVIEWS leaving 3 that are similar to Bruce's review, which in my opinion based on all the positive reviews, is just nonsense. Bruce did not like the layout as it reminded him of a hotel room. I must admit I am not sure what that means but nevertheless our listing has over 50 photos which more than adequately shows the layout. No blinds in the living room. I live in the same building actually and like many others I have no blinds in the living room, instead I look out the 8 foot wide and high sliding door at the blue sky and the ocean. Blinds would have kept the place cooler actually it would not have. Big bulky curtains may have kept it cooler but a set of blinds would have made no difference at all. Adjust the thermostat. The place was not that clean. Posted on the refrigerator and referenced in our email correspondence is our policy on issues with cleaning, or anything for that matter. Call us and we will make it right. Call us when you arrive if there is an issue of any type whether it is cleaning related or an issue with a door lock. We received no phone calls, no complaints, just this after the fact 2 STAR review. We were given low marks on accuracy...there are 50 photos and detailed description. We were dinged on arrival, if there was any sort of issue when they arrived whether it be with parking or inability to read door lock instructions, we did not hear about it. Communication, low marks. Location low marks...for goodness sakes you are oceanfront, what better location is there. Value for money, again detailed listing, 50 photos, and 105 reviews. Guest was more than aware what he was renting and more than aware that the price was below market for July, but yet he complains. So here is my complaint, guest broke not 1, not 2, but 4 bins and shelves on the door of the refrigerator. If guest had issues with anything whatsoever he should have called but did not. This guest is no longer welcome at one of our properties and has been added to our BANNED GUEST list. Thank you for your time Randy Happy Crab Vacations

Great views

This place was clean and tidy, loved the balcony and the view of the ocean. The owner was responsive to all my questions. Over all we had a great visit.

Amazing property

Great property! Easy access to beach and no waiting on elevators! Condo had everything we needed. I had a question on the internet and they answered the phone very early that morning and was super friendly and helpful!

We had a fantastic time for our yearly girl’s trip! Perfect place and very clean.

The kitchen is well stocked. We had a great time. Our only recommendation from 6 adult women (ages 36-60) is it could use some bathroom hooks in each one to hang towels and such. We would definitely book it again. 😊

Little Piece of Paradise

Randy, the owner was great to deal with from the time of booking until leaving. The condo was cozy, clean, and in a nice part of Myrtle Beach. We had a great view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. Having the washing machine was a great feature, it gave us the opportunity to get clothes washed before returning home.

Perfect!

I could not say enough great things about this place. The unit was wonderful and the building is incredibly clean/quiet. Randy dealt with our AC problem quickly and easily….much appreciated. We had a great time and would definitely choose the waterpointe and happy crab again!

My week at waterpoint 1 unit 0601

I was very pleased with this condo. It was very clean and very well supplied with everything you needed to cook. We did not have to purchase anything beautiful view and you can see the pool right off the balcony if you had children in the pool, the beds were very comfortable. The layout of the condo was really nice. The bedrooms are not right on top of each other. The master bathroom was awesome. The owners of the condo was right on spot. Any time I text or email them they got right back to me they were very pleasant and was willing to fix any problems that I had while I was there . I would definitely recommend this condo.

Extremely clean! Great property and great host! Would definitely stay again! Beds were comfortable and the view is amazing! It’s was a family trip of 6 and we were all very comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped also. It really was a great place.

Excellent Location!!!

We loved the location of our condo at North Myrtle Beach. The area wasn't as busy as some others we visited and the beach was clean. The condo was clean, parking was adequate, and the view was breathtaking. Restaurants and shops were a very short drive from the unit and there were plenty of choices for those. Happy Crab was a breeze to deal with and I would encourage booking a stay with them!

Sweet little spot

Amazingly short walk to beach and great view of the pool. Wish it had more basic supplies like cooking spray or beach toys and chairs. I believe it says it in the description but most places do have these things handy. Not much else walking distance but barefoot landing which has the best ice cream and little shops is only a 5 min drive. Overall a cute little spot!

Due to storage constraints we do not provide beach supplies quite simply because there is no where to put them except the bedroom closets which then limits the amount of space for guest suitcases etc.

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of space for my parents, my husband and our 4 month old son. Right on the beach and short walks or drives from lots of nice restaurants. Condo was super clean, quiet and exactly as advertised and wonderful to have laundry with the little one. We look forward to coming back in the future.
