The home is brand-new and has been designed for maximal enjoyment including pool, full air-conditioning, and expansive views throughout. Some highlights include:
-The walk to the beach. This is KEY. No more packing into a jeep! No more group decisions about when to go and when to leave. Mornings and evenings Maho Bay is ALL YOURS!
-The view. BREATHTAKING. Countless shades of blue during the day, then beautiful sunsets, and at night you see the lights of St. Thomas and the moored boats.
-Oversized outdoor areas.

We are a family of seven who have been traveling to St. John for fifteen years and felt at home the first time we set foot on the island. It's easy to experience pure joy at Maho Bay, we look forward to sharing it with you.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Building on St. John is difficult but we couldn't find any existing homes with the features of this land. The ability to walk to Maho bay can't be overemphasized. Packing five sandy kids in and out of jeeps made going to the beach a chore and that's gone. There's also complete privacy amidst the national park, you only hear waves and birds in the morning, tree frogs and waves at night. The views are ridiculous. We hear all the time now it's the "best view on the island". The construction journey was slowed by hurricanes and now a pandemic but we've persevered and couldn't be happier with the result.
