Perfect Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was clean, well equipped, and very pleasant. It was in a greatlocation near the beach in a lovely quiet area. The linen service was Wow! Big fluffy towels and comfy bed linens. We would definitely stay again.

Great time at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cobb has figured it out. They make it easy to decide and then fulfill all your needs. The only issue we had was with the weather, but we still had a great time. Family and friends for Thanksgiving. We cast a couple of lines into the pond and caught two small fish and a turtle (all catch and release). A gated community a little further out from the noise and bustle, suited our needs just fine. Cobb even helped us to rent a golf cart, which also worked out just great. We will be back in the future.

Great spot to get away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was super clean and in a prime location. Cobb Real Estate really stepped up in helping me pick the best spot for our family and fur babies. Close walk or cart ride to the beach and quick drive to the ferry or to Crystal Beach. Right on a canal for some leisure fishing or just sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean sounds. We'd definitely come back!
