My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room and was located right off the beach. I think what we enjoyed. The most was the tiki bar definitely would recommend and would stay again.

My family enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, spacious and in a great location to walk to beach. We will definitely book this condo again.

Great stay

The stay was wonderful! The room was good for 6 people and close to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. The property owner asnf instructions a couple of days before our stay and we didn't need to communicate with them after that. Would rent again!

Wcoonderful Vacation!

The property at Pelican Beach Resort and the Terrace was beautiful. The condo we stayed in at the Terrace Building was certainly very clean, beautifully decorated and fully furnished. My family loves staying here for our vacations at the beach!

The hosts were excellent and super timely in responding to my questions before and during the trip. Having access to a private beach was wonderful and quick access to the beach was a bonus. On days when we were taking a lot of beach equipment with us, one of our family members would drop us off at the gated area leading directly to the beach. We enjoyed spending time out on the balcony, where we could see parts of the ocean while reading our books. The shower in one of the bedrooms was phenomenal…a true treat. There were two thermostats for this condo (one in the separate bedroom and one in the living room), so the air conditioning worked great. The helpful suggestions of restaurants, stores, and attractions were greatly appreciated.

Perfection!

This was probably the best Vrbo we have ever booked. This property was perfect location. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions I had before the trip. Definitely will stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed several times in this beautiful condo. It is always very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is always fully furnished. The hosts are always great to rent from with Vrbro.

Beautiful/Comfortable Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s very spacious and clean. The pool was lovely and not very crowded which was nice for us. Communication with the owners was good. They had all the amenities needed for a wonderful trip.

Family Vacation

This is our second summer in a row staying at this wonderful condo. The condo is beautiful and exactly as seen on the website. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, like a true home away from home. The property owners are easy to contact and were quick to respond when we wanted to add an extra day to our trip. We are already looking at dates for a return trip!

Amazing

Pictures don't do this condo justice. It was so much more than what we were expecting. Beautiful and very spacious. There were 8 of us staying and it had plenty of space for everyone. Very short walk to the beach and of course the kids love the pool. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Perfect for Families

We enjoyed our stay! The initial check in was a little annoying due to property high security they wouldn't allow our airport shuttle to take us to the Terrace. Once settled the stay was nothing short of amazing! We didn't need a car as we were able to walk across the street to resturants, the grocery store, the water park and the beach was right behind the property. Other activities such as the harbor boardwalk and crab island adventures we were able to lyft for under $10. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

They provide a bottle of wine and I can't tell you how much that is appreciated after traveling 9 hours to get to Destin. Super Close to the beach, you just have to walk the cosway or you can do the 30 second drive for closer parking. Everything was superb. Kitchen is huge, bedrooms are spacious. They have a very nice shower in the main bedroom. They really care about thier guests.

Beautiful and Peaceful

The condo is very nice and very well maintained. The owners are very easy to communicate with regarding any concerns or questions. The scenic view is beautiful and peaceful from the balcony/master bedroom and living room sliding door. The shower is over the top in the master bathroom. Condo has been fully renovated and is nicely decorated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent Beach Vacation Condo!

We loved our stay and had a great time! The Condo was beautiful and had a great view of the area with the wrap around balcony. The owners were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. We enjoyed the beach being a nice little walk but not far, and the pool was a great option and much quieter than the other pool closer to the beach. The Condo was in a great location and we were mostly able to walk everywhere or took a quick Uber otherwise. The Boardwalk and Crab Island were our favorite outings. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed! We highly recommend!

Nice condo in a great location

The condo itself is very nice and exactly as pictured; just a short walk from the absolutely gorgeous beach and about a 5-10 minute drive to the boardwalk and harbor side restaurants. We had some trouble with the door code upon arrival but Mark and Chantal helped resolve the issue quickly. Come prepared to supply basic amenities like coffee filters and garbage bags, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. Overall we sincerely enjoyed our stay in Destin!

Thank you so much for your review! Most people don’t realize that when they give less than 5-star reviews, that it negatively impacts the overall rating of a Premier host. We take our role as Hosts very seriously. We are absolutely sure that you were exhausted by the time you arrived at 5am, and we were happy to generate a new code so early in the morning, especially since there seemed to be confusion about not entering a # key. We also know that brand new entertainment systems can be confusing and that using the Source button to turn the cable on can be difficult for some, but we were happy to help you through that. We are so sorry that you missed the coffee filters that were sitting in the cabinet right above the 2 coffee machines, complimentary Kona coffee, sugar and creams…we also feel bad that you did not see the 2 extra garbage bags below the current liner in the garbage pail. We do believe that 3 garbage bags for a 5-day stay does fit the requirement for “basic amenities”, along with a fully stocked kitchen, so please accept our apologies for that as well. We hope you enjoyed your complimentary bottle of wine, and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay!
