Unfortunately, we cannot agree the property was left as it was found. Following your departure, substantial additional cleaning was required, along with attention to damaged and missing items. We have addressed these matters directly through Vrbo.

Everything we needed for our weekend away. The deck was the perfect suntrap. Lovely to have a fire available during winter, kept us toasty. Very family friendly.

We haven't had issues raised before and we’ll look into these. For clarity, towels and tea towels are not supplied and this information is provided in the pre-arrival information sent to guests. We appreciate this may have been overlooked, and will look at making this even more prominent for future guests.
