This 3 Bedroom, 3 full bath, features 3 queen beds with a futon in the sunroom. The home has ample space for your relaxing stay at the lake! We offer high-speed WiFi great for those times you have to work while on vacation . We have a propane grill and fully equipped kitchen that allows for great meals after a long day of swimming. The back deck offers additional eating space with a 4 person table and an 6 person table available for outdoor dining. If you decide to bring your own boat we have a boat ramp and dock. We are located on a private cove that is perfect for swimming. A kayak and floats are available for guest use. Pets Allowed with pet fee.

Spacious lake house, great atmosphere

This property offered plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, making our stay in Inman, SC very enjoyable. The dock, kayaks, floats were a huge bonus, as was the fire pit for making smores with the kids. The owner was very responsive to all questions and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here with a group of family or friends! And check out the Inman Children's Theatre - great family activity with talented kids.

Lake Time Family Time

The home itself was perfect, and the location was perfect everything was stocked perfectly (pot, pans, spices & extra towels) we had such a wonderful family vacation and the graduation was the icing on the cake. The one thing I will say is the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail as something was spilled under the couch and when the baby dropped something and it rolled under it, it was really gross and a couple loose pills were found by myself thank goodness. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Wedding weekend

Stunning property! The home was spacious and the neighborhood was well-kept and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and had fun playing darts in the all-glass enclosed sunroom. Our kids enjoyed the dock. They brought their own fishing poles and caught spotted bass, bluegill, and catfish. We were greeted each day by the neighborhood geese. :) A few details were overlooked by the cleaning company but nothing that hindered our stay. Allison was a great host, and we would highly recommend this property to others. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Lake Bowen!

Great House & Great Location

We loved the house on the lake. It was plenty big enough for my family of 7. We caught many catfish on the doc while enjoying the fire pit. I would recommend this property!

Great Lake House

Clean house with lots of space. Great spot on the lake. Caught a nice catfish in limited time fishing. The surrounding area is very nice. This place was perfect. We have 5 adults and had plenty of extra space.

Graduation

From start to finish we had an amazing stay. Our family traveled down for our sons graduation from Sherman college. The house was close to the college and a short trip to the town of Spartanburg. We enjoyed the deck the dock and all the amenities!

Outstanding place

This lake home is outstanding. The lake views are breathtaking. We were able to enjoy fishing from their dock, played. corn hole, used their kayaks. This place makes you. feel so relaxed from the moment you open the front door. We hope to.visit.again in the future!

Great Family Vacation Rental

The property was ideal for family members to take a short drive and make a day of it. Everyone loved the house and cove with a good view of more open water. The cove was ideal for Paddle boarding, kayaking, and floating. The boat ramp was great for smaller children to ease into the water without having to jump from the dock. We were happy to have large shade trees during very hot days. The large sun porch and deck were wonderful and the interior furnishings were very comfortable. The host has made great use of the space and the house was even better than the online pictures. If we had complaints it was lack of trashbag in kitchen can, remote batteries for sunroom light/fan and primary bedroom needed to be replaced, large trash cans didn’t appear to have been picked up in several weeks, and the floors were dirty. The neighbors three dogs didn’t mind visiting nightly off leash so we had to be careful with our dog. Please don’t let these minor issues deter you, it’s a wonderful place!

Perfect for a large family

This space was so wonderful that our family gathering of 10 didn’t feel crowded at all. Kids had fun playing darts and Uno and chilled one evening watching a movie on Hulu. It was easy to find plates and silverware because all of the drawers were labeled and the big coffee pot kept us happily caffeinated! The only down side was we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the kayaks and the lake. Guess we’ll have to come back again!

When can we come back?

We really enjoyed the property. Our kids fished off the dock. We caught a small fish and had a lot of bites and nibbles. We found a boat rental of a neighbor on the lake. We were close to Asheville and major attractions. The property was quiet. We loved the sunroom and playing darts. The rooms were good sizes. Beds were comfy. It felt like a home-away-from-home. We would love to come back.

Nice- Would Stay Again!

Just a couple of minor things, the light in the ceiling fan on the left side of the property did not work. Renters will need their own codes for the app-based TVs (don't forget to log them out when you leave). It would be nice to have some small shampoo bottles- I don't recall in the ad whether there was a recommendation to do so. Bring your groceries- it will save time for going to the Ingalls Publix or local Walmart.

Met new family

What a beautiful place to meet my beautiful half sister whom I met through Ancestry.com and my wonderful new found family. Beautiful grounds, beautiful interior, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere! The pictures posted do not do this place justice. It was drop dead gorgeous inside and out! My mouth dropped open and I squealed when I opened the door, and yours will too when you see it:) We took fold up chairs out on the dock in the early morning with our coffee and just listened to the sounds of nature. This house is well stocked with everything you need. We brought way too much stuff that was already there. There were a few little things we noticed that could stand improving. Brighter lighting. Took forever to charge my cell phone from multiple places. Floor was not clean in kitchen. Didn't really like the idea of having to strip the beds and do the wash before checking out. I thought that should have been part of the cleaning fee. Overall though we had a wonderful stay at the Lake House!

Quiet, safe, relaxing ... but that neighbor ...

We had a wonderful weekend. The sunroom is perfect and relaxing. Plenty of places to sit and sleep for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare meals in (mainly breakfast). I liked the water and ice feature in the refrigerator. The lake was quiet, almost too quiet, we hardly saw anyone at all. It was chilly so we were inside most of the time, and gone during the day. 2 Dollar General stores within 3 miles for all basics, and an Ingles grocery store (it was HUGE) less than 10 minutes away. We were close to everything we needed. We used the fire pit on New Years eve and it was great until the neighbor blasted us with their flood lights, so that was not the fault of the home owner. It literally looked like there were about 10 flood lights on when we were roasting marshmallows and trying to enjoy the quietness of the lake and the stars. The tub in the middle bathroom is GREAT, but the hot water runs out if you try to fill it up so only use it when no one uses hot water for about 4 hours (washer, dishwasher etc). The arm ramps in the tub made for a nice relaxing soak. The shower heads were great. There were plenty of towels- more than any rental I have ever been in. The sheets were all soft and comfortable as was all the bedding. The picture on the walls were nice. I felt very much at home and relaxed. The place was not overdecorated which is another plus.

Great location and easy check in/ check out process. Kitchen did include some spices and all necessary cooking pans & utensils. Really enjoyed the dart board in the sun room and laying out in the chairs by the lake.

This is such a cute cute lake house. Loved sitting down by the dock as the sun was setting. Loved sitting in the sunroom. Beds were super comfortable with spacious bedrooms. We love Lake Bowen.

Amazing trip with my 82 year old dad

This home is perfect...peaceful, lovely view, everything you need! My father is from Gaffney and wanted to visit the gravesites and old home places of his family. This was the perfect home base. Well appointed kitchen, a bathroom for every bedroom and such a lovely quiet place to relax. We hope to visit again!

The house and waterfront were lovely. The home was clean and well equipped HOWEVER the mattresses on the beds were NOT COMFORTABLE as well as none of the couches and chairs. We left early because we couldn’t spend another night there !!!
