Great location, good size house to accomodate a large group.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The communication was fantastic! Location is very central to town 👌👌 Had everything we needed, and was a very warm home. 🙏 Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Great fire place in the lounge!

Great house and managers. Scott started the fireplace before we arrived and even delivered more fore wood. Location is smack bang in the middle of town centre.

Fantastic house

Thanks very much for a brilliant weekend trip. Location is perfect in centre of Ohakune. The fire was lighting on our arrival..a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We will be back. Thanks

Great location and good sized property.

Great location and good sized property. Unfortunately there was no kindling for the fire so we had to spend $20 to get some. There is no way to lock the door onto the deck upstairs which was a concern when leaving valuables in the house. There was a general state of disrepair eg; the kettle leaks so a lot of water all over the benches in the morning, the cold tap in the upstairs toilet spins when you turn it on and so splashes everywhere. Internet not included (additional per day)

Hi there sorry just saw this feedback. We provide all wood and kindling for the fire, some people use more than others, had you advised us you needed more kindling we would have provided it, not sure about the comments regarding the kettle as it seems to still be working fine over a year later ; ) With regard to the upstairs balcony door we did not realize this was an issue as the only way to access it would be on a very long ladder in full view of the main street, but we will look to address this. Wifi is provided for free but guests do need to pick up tickets at the motel reception.

Brillant house with a great layout.

Brillant house with a great layout. Highly recommend staying there :) Its in a fantastic location walking distance from shops, The powder horn and the fantastic Carrot :) A fabulous holiday for any ages and such lovely hostpitality and easy access to everything :)

Top spot. Take the guided option and chairlift if going to the crater lake. Recommend the breakfast at Utopia too.

The Townhouse is spacious and was great for our group of 8 - Mum Dad, 3 adult daughters and their me

The Townhouse is spacious and was great for our group of 8 - Mum Dad, 3 adult daughters and their men. We had a lot of fun. The location is a bonus - very near bars, restaurants and supermarket.
