Amazing views with a big yard, pickleball court, and lots of parking!

Completed in 2020, our custom designed retreat was built to maximize the incredible scenery of Bear Lake and provide the perfect opportunity for memorable family experiences. Tucked into the side of the Rocky Mountains, with amazing views of the blue Bear Lake, you will make lasting memories staying with family and friends at Big Pine Lake House. Our house can sleep 30 with 8 bedrooms (1 bunk room), 7 bathrooms, bonus room, has 2 gathering rooms, and a covered deck with a lake view that provides a beautiful backdrop for your family getaway. The large kitchen is equipped with a double oven, large dining table, 11 foot breakfast bar, drinking fountain and 2 refrigerators/freezers. Outdoor eating space with lake views and another deck off the back of the home with a large grill. Enjoy the sport court provided with equipment with pickleball and basketball hoop.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was as represented. The views are beautiful. The beds and amenities were excellent. It would be a perfect 5 except for the WIFI was inconsistent affecting the ability to work remote. Great memories made on this trip!

This was our 4th year that we have enjoyed using this property. It is a spacious home with 7 individual bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms and 3 additional full bathrooms to accommodate our family. The living room area accommodated us comfortably. The pickleball/basketball court and spacious lawn made for a lot of active recreation. This home is perfect for any family reunion.

Wonderful Home for our Family Reunion

We were utterly pleased with this home. The view and the home are gorgeous. It fit our needs perfectly. The pickleball court and basketball hoop gave the cousins lots to do. We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. Great stay. Great host. We would stay here again.

Views of the lake are beautiful!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. It is spacious inside but also has plenty of grassy areas for kids to play outside. The sport court made it even better. Perfect for family reunions. We would highly recommend!

Great time with family

This house accommodated our family of 28 very well. Plenty of room to move around and a nice big kitchen to cook meals. Didn't spend a lot of time outside but the grandkids liked the "real" lawn and the sports court. Loved the drinking fountain. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Would recommend this property. Also, loved seeing the wildlife - deer, moose, and rabbit.

The best for big families

This house was absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect floor plan! Very clean, vaulted ceilings, 10 foot ceilings, open spaces and three floors with a walkout basement. We spent Labor Day weekend with extended family. We had lots of couples with teens and adult single children. The perfect set up with 8 bedrooms. 4 of those were master suites with attached bathrooms. One was a large bunk room. There were also about 15 roll away beds, large mats and cots for the teens and older kids to spread out and sleep comfortably. All 30 of us had plenty of space to sleep and eat. The outdoor deck was perfect for eating, lounging and watching the family play pickleball tournaments below. Both living rooms up and down had large comfortable sectionals that fit everyone. Plenty of kitchen gadgets (crockpots, mixers, bowls, pans, grills) With two fridges and a huge section of cupboards for food, there was plenty of space to put it all for our large meals. Stocked well with tons of board games and balls for pickleball, basketball and ping pong. The location was perfect too being just down the canyon right before you hit main street making it 5 minutes away from town and even closer to the secret gas station with the only fresh raspberry shakes in Garden City. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact. The space was just perfect. Zero complaints! We loved loved loved our time there!

This house is beautiful and was just the perfect size for our family. We loved the grassy area for corn hole and we especially enjoyed playing on the pickleball court. The house was stocked very well also. We did encounter quite a few spiders though, especially in the basement. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking in the future.

Family Gathering

This is an excellent property. Everything is highly organized and accessible. The sports court was enjoyed, as well as the large yard. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, equipment, and pans. The patio is amazing with gorgeous views.

Simpson Families

Came to spend week with our family of 18 (children and grandchildren). Husband and are 83 & 82. Everyone wanted snow for skiing and snowmobiling and we had snow everyday. The house provided amazing views of the snow, Bear Lake and the mountains each day. Having two refrigerators and two washer and dryers were a plus. Plenty if parking and we were close to skiing and snowmobiling and driving even into Idaho. Located in friendly Garden City - Try their delicious raspberry shakes and crepes. One of our best yearly vacations we have experienced.

Beautiful view

The view is spectacular and the whole property is inviting. Very clean, lots of gathering space and room for big groups. Kitchen was very well stocked - so rare with vacation homes to have everything you need in a kitchen with lovely dishes and utensils that can accommodate so many at one time. We were so pleased that there was lots of extra linens, towels, pillows and more. The property is beautiful and our group will book again.

Our Family's Favorite

This is the third year we have stayed in this beautiful, roomy home. We love the spacious rooms, comfy beds and having 7 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators, plenty of counter space and even a cooled drinking fountain to refill our water bottles.We love the large lawn and pickle ball court. Highly recommend this home.
