Somewhat disappointing to receive this review as it is a spectacular spot right on the beach. However, It is a bach, does have mobile coverage although no wifi, small electric stove and other cooking amenities , excellent bbq, there is a pump for the water at the back of the property. Rates and insurance costs are astronomical for this property due to its proximity to the beach.

Tata Treat is a small bach right on the golden beach. Obviously this person did not like the style of my place unlike most others… it’s impossible to cater to all tastes. Of course I am checking for mice in the ceiling but this has never been noted before. This property is well explained on line… if you want to be close to the golden beach you can’t beat it.

The little property was locked up over the winter so I will check on this and ensure it is pristine for future guests.

Such a pleasure to have Rabecca Stafford stay and delighted that she enjoyed it so much … a perfect guest! It is a wonderful spot with absolute beach frontage and golden sands.

Sorry to hear this …..There are at least two heaters there so not sure what happened there …. Also guess they could have turned the fridge temperature down …

The property has been given a complete interior facelift, repainted, recarpeted, new table and chairs, new curtains, new bed, bbq, and the list goes on! Prime location, modern fresh and easy clean !

This is a very biased view and most unfortunate, the e tea bedding is usually stored on top shelves for if the futon sofa bed or single fold away bed is used. This is a little crib not an luxury apartment .. the mention of cables is just the one run under the bed to use the electric blanket if necessary. The carpets are cleaned at the end of the summer as guests often seem to have spillages and as this little place is so often in demand there is not time to get the carpet dry after a professional machine clean in between guests. However it is always cleaned

This is the first time this has happened and it is regretted. However all guests are asked to let the property person know when they expect to arrive ... usually at this busy summer time of the year guests cannot take up residence until after 3.00pm.

Meant to add The curtains in the bedroom make the room nice snd dark when drawn so sometimes guests don’t wake up until 11.00 am much to their surprise but that is why they are still there. Unfortunately guests often leave stains on the carpet which requires carpet cleaners and this is undertaken at the beginning and end of summer. It is always well cleaned otherwise. Used to have hair dryer but it disappeared so hope stayers bring their own and beach umbrella, same with this after being broken by guests. The windows need daily cleaning due to surf spray etc so if guests are staying there longer they will get a little dusty. The cleaners always clean the windows at the end of each stay. The outside area and patio chairs table are surface swept and cleaned after each stay with special clean at the end of the summer again.

A web must have just appeared as the cleaning woman advised she had checked for webs when she refreshed the property just before Bill’s arrival! Also there are a few mould stains at the base of the curtains on the exterior side. These stains don’t come out in the wash and unfortunately are hard to avoid with condensation on the windows in the cold months. The curtains will be replaced next year.

It seems you had perhaps wrong expectations as it is clearly advertised as modest absolute beach frontage with all necessary and appropriate household effects as described.

The reason the water is very hot out of the hot water tap us because the cylinder is not a big one and so there is plenty of water available for dishes and showers etc. however we will arrange for it to be turned down so it is not so hot.
