This was the perfect place for us to host our small elopement reception! The host had amazing communication and amenities to make our stay as smooth as possible. The view from the backyard was more than we could imagined and our niece loved the “princess” beds!

Beautiful property and house. Too many rules. This host does not want the items in her house touched or moved, which is nonsense when renting a place to a family of strangers for a week. It was very clean upon arrival and very well stocked with usable dishes and cooking equipment.

I know I have some rules about moving furniture and things around, but there is a reason for that. Often there are back to back bookings with a short, sometimes less than 5 hours of time to clean the large house, change all the linens for the beds and launder all the towels, and it takes every minute to get it done properly between guests, so my housekeeping team doesn’t have time to move furniture and furnishings back to their original place. I apologize if that made things more difficult for you and your family, but I just want to make sure that all my guests have a good experience, and that it is as well prepared for them as it was for you. Rhonda was amazing with communication. Any concerns she addressed right away. We were a bigger group who wanted to get together before I hunker down having my 2nd little one so we had a house full. 6 adults, 4 kids under 8 and 2 dogs. We never felt on top of eachother and had a great visit. This place had a wonderful ocean view and was a short ride to a great beach. We had pizza from Brookings, made our way to Crescent for the aquarium and Sea quake brewery, then made some yummy smores at the fire pit in the back yard. It was a perfect location. We had a great family vacation here. The house was more than big enough with enough beds and bathrooms- it had the most towels available of any rental I have ever stayed in- it was great! It was close to beaches and the redwoods. The kids loved that there was a piano there and games available.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time at this comfortable property. Nice view of ocean, quiet neighborhood. Upscale appliances, modern kitchen, very comfortable beds. Recommend highly.

Most well stocked VRBO ever

We had six people staying in the house and it accommodated all of us beautifully. The house was the most well-stocked house we’ve ever stayed in on VRBO. Centrally located with easy access to both CA and OR I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a nice home and great for all our family to enjoy. It was close to the ocean and in a beautiful area. We would suggest adding some things for the kids to do. More games, outside equipment for them to play on. All in all it was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Great views and plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Great communication with Rhonda. Would definitely come back!

Family Redwood & Ocean Getaway

The house was wonderfully decorated. It is better than the pictures. It was nice to have a piano & large table for our Thanksgiving celebration. The location is prime for exploring beaches and forests.
