Private space

Great spot, beach access across the road. Walking distance to Anzac Bay. Private fenced in yard, great for pets. Nice outdoor BBQ dining area.

Great stay by the beach

The studio apartment had everything we needed for the stay. We enjoyed using the spa pool, and liked that the yard was fully enclosed for our dog. It was great that dogs are allowed as there aren't many places that do allow dogs. It was only a short walk to the beach.

Shorebreak sure did

Great little property. Owner said a week's stay in the studio might be a bit much but I wish we had of stayed that long. Quality furniture and fittings. In among expensive homes and properties. Spa pool big bonus. So handy to beach.

Lovely trip at Shorebreak

Great spot with so much to do around the area. Access to the beach was just a short walk across the road . The unit is small but all you need for a beach break. Loved that I was able to bring my dog along with a safe fenced of yard. The spa pool was great escape as the weather was not ideal. The chocolate and juice was a lovely surprise, thank you. Bowentown is lovely and quiet but a short trip to Waihi Beach or Waihi Town.

Wonderful Bowentown Getaway

We had a great time at Shorebreak studio. Our host Graeme made us feel very welcome with little extras. Not only milk in the fridge, but fruit juice as well and chocolates on the table. Unit is small but had everything we needed. Spa pool was wonderful to relax in at any time of the day or night. Would thoroughly recommend this escape. Thank you Graeme.

Nice property for short stay.

Nice property in a great location just across the road from the beach. Although the unit is a little bit dated all the amenities were good. A little bit lacking in privacy due to people living above us. Having the use of a spa is an extra bonus if you like them. Overall enjoyable stay and would recommend to other friends/ people.

Clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay.

Location was great with the beach right across the road and a lovely spa to end the day off with. The personal touches by the host were a lovely surprise - box of chocolates, fruit, tea and coffee and milk, yoghurt and juice in the fridge. The bed was far too soft for us, but that is more a personal preference.

Beautiful and quiet little batch, everything u need and more.

Awesome little place if u want to get away for some R&R, batch is spotless with a very comfy bed😍beautiful scenery, beaches and town centre has everything you need.

Perfect place

Absolutely loved Graeme's spa apartment. Perfect place for me and my 2 little dogs. Fully fenced garden, grass for dogs, spa, right across road to beach. Graeme went out of his way to help. I'm sad to be leaving. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Great location and value!

This is a great little property for 2 people to stay at while holidaying at Bowentown. Having the spa is an added bonus and we used this several times. We have friends living just down the road so the small size didn't worry us at all as we spent quite a lot of our time at their place, but this was perfect as it gave us our own space when we wanted it.
