Throughout the home, discover exposed beams, original fireplaces, and chic light fixtures complemented by brand new appliances and comfortable furnishings, creating an unmatched homely ambiance. Guests can relish in quality time together while enjoying their own private spaces.

Step outside to find a fenced-in backyard through the back gate, featuring inviting outdoor seating – an ideal setting for group gatherings. Whether savoring cocktails, unwinding with a book, or soaking up the sun, this spacious tropical oasis offers ample relaxation opportunities. The outdoor area includes a large rectangular table and 6 patio chairs, ensuring everyone's comfort.

Unit A (downstairs) offers a plethora of features tailored to maximize comfort and convenience:

Inviting Living Room/Lounge Space: Accessed via a private entrance on the small porch area, guests are welcomed into a beautifully decorated living room. Featuring a navy blue fabric sofa atop a trendy area rug, an oversized club chair, and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, this space invites relaxation after a long day of travel.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Adjoining the living room, the kitchen boasts stylish cabinetry, white marble countertops, and brand new fixtures. Equipped with Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop, along with essential cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave, guests will find everything they need to feel right at home.

Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms: The unit features three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
