Girls Trip

The property was very clean Easy to find. Only issue was the cable not working on the last day.

Great family house

We enjoyed our stay.. especially the kids!The only issue we had was not receiving the check in information.. I had to call to get it. But other than that it was the perfect stay.

Not good at all

Property was not very clean, had issues immediately fron the broken garbage at the front door to the broken video games advertised as working and broken lights in the bathroom. The sheets and towels had stains and several towels had tears. I informed the property manager of several issues and was asked to send photos so they can send a repair person. I did and they never sent the repair person. After the stay they told me that they offered to send them and that was enough, actually sending someone wasn't needed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that during your stay, we only received reports about the bathroom lights and the video game system. While these were not urgent or emergency issues, we still offered to send our maintenance team to assist. However, we did not receive a response granting us permission, and without guest approval or access, we’re unable to send anyone into the property during a reservation. We also did not receive any complaints or photos regarding stained or damaged towels and sheets while you were in the home. This is unusual, as our housekeeping team always provides linens in good condition, and we respond promptly to any concerns when reported. The only stained or damaged items we found were after your checkout, which is why a charge was applied. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to improve. -EH
