THIS PROPERTY HAS IT ALL! BOAT AND JET SKI RENTAL! Enjoy life on the lake! 167 feet of shoreline with beautiful panoramic lake front views! The lake home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a huge living, kitchen + dining areas. Detached garage is the ultimate game room comprising of pool, darts, pingpong, foosball + basketball! The two main floor bedrooms each have a bathroom inside of the rooms. The third bedroom is a second floor loft bedroom that is most suitable for kids or young adults. The loft stairs are steep. An additional full hall bathroom is on the main floor. A boat dock is right off your private deck and 2 kayaks + SUP ready for your adventure! Boat rental available! With a gated community and private 365 acre lake, crowds should not be a problem. A washer and dryer are available on site. The Chef's kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, basic spices. If you are searching for a relaxing visit to the lake, you have found your spot! The 10 foot island is sure fit your entire crew!
Note: The abundant trees and rural service may give way to sketchy cell service.
Bring your furry friends, but must be on the reservation. Outside guests require prior approval.

Place was exactly as described! Great host communication! Lots of amenities and supplies for fun activities: kayaking, swimming, floating, game room. Restaurant and shopping recommendations were perfect as well! We would definitely recommend for future stays!

We really enjoyed our Spring Break fishing getaway! The home was clean, had everything we needed and more and the host, Kristi, did a great job checking in with us to make sure we were taken care of. It was so relaxing and we felt right at home. We would love to come back, for sure!

This house is everything you want! The views from the kitchen and living room are spectacular. The house was very clean and super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to make any meal you want. The game room provided hours of family entertainment. We will be back!

Wonderful kitchen and common area for a crowd. We had one rainy day during our stay so we had plenty of room to work a jigsaw puzzle, do crafts and play card games. We also went to Canton Trade Days, some used the kayaks and others fished. We had one excellent meal of fresh catfish. Host is very accommodating and quick to respond.

Perfect retreat

My husband and I came here for our anniversary to relax. Was a wonderful, quiet retreat. The host and owner are very quick to reply and made our stay perfect. Loved everything about it and can’t wait to come back for a visit.

Lake house weekend

Had a wonderful stay. Kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. Deck and fire pit were perfect for relaxing outside. Kids used the paddle board and kayaks, everything was perfect.

Relaxing getaway

The home is beautiful with a very nice kitchen and outdoor deck to enjoy. My wife really enjoyed spending her birthday here. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and the lake is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend.

Ideal quick get away

We had a great time staying here! It has a bit of everything for all ages! The deck is awesome for morning and night sitting! The dock is great and convenient to cool off in the water! Beds were comfortable and house was super clean! Would highly recommend!

So Relaxing!

First and foremost, I’m obsessed with the gorgeous kitchen. It was so nice staying on the lake, even though it was cold. The view was beautiful and so bright with the windows, and we loved it!

Beautiful House

My family and I loved this rental. Plenty of room for everyone.(7 Adults and 2 teens). Beautiful view of the lake! Kayaks and canoe was fun. Just wish we brought our fishing poles...Kristi was very helpful and the check in process was simple!

Nice and clean for me and my family!

Everything was fantastic. We did have a pretty active storm but no damage to us or property. Very sturdy. The lake was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the provided lake equipment.

So much fun!

The house was gorgeous and bright, and the view! That kitchen, tho 😮 Amazing! The kids were able to wade in from the shore and the water was nice and calm so the non-motorized boats could be taken out.

Amazing stay

We came from Washington State to visit my sister for her wedding. Overall, we needed the space and it fit perfectly. For our big family, we enjoyed the Lake house so much. Made many memories, the kids loved it. And my wife did to all my family enjoyed it. I will definitely come back to this place again. Love the wildlife out here, too.

Excellent property, well thought out and ready to go for the renter. This was the best property we have rented in the Athens area by far. Also Kristi the owner is awesome she is very responsive by phone or text. We will be back soon!
