One bedroom, one bath lake front house with lots of charm. Property has it's own private dock on a secluded 35 acre stocked lake. Come and enjoy the quiet relaxing atmosphere of country lake life. The house amenities include 2 kayaks, fire pit and charcoal grill. Lake house offers one bedroom with full size bed, additional twin size daybed in living room, a beautiful 48 foot screened in porch has plenty of seating for relaxing and a twin daybed for afternoon naps. House also includes one bathroom and full size kitchen with all you need for cooking,.

Lincoln Lake community offers a picnic area, playground, local creek and plenty of fishing.

-20 minutes from Jack Daniels in Lynchburg Tennessee and the famous Miss BoBos Restaurant
-30 minutes to Winchester Tennessee, Twin Creeks Restaurant on Tims Ford Lake also Tims Ford State Park

It was a “perfect stay”. The house was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I loved waking every morning and having my coffee in the screened in porch overlooking the lake. Before we left we booked a return in October.

Great weekend on Lincoln Lake! Had Mrs. Opal join us (basset hound) and she loved the place. Super convenient to our baseball venue, caught some nice crappie, and got to hear some trukeys gobble! Wonderful place and the description was spot on.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Clementine Cottage! The cottage is beautiful, immaculately kept, well-stocked, and it makes you feel right at home. My husband and I enjoyed the fire pit, grilling, relaxing on the dock, and just taking in the beautiful views of Lincoln Lake.We cannot wait to come back!

Quaint lake house with a nice back porch, dock, lakeside view, and a wide firepit. Kayaks are available, as well as fishing rods. The owner makes sure you are set up before you even get there. You really can't want for much here!

Took the wife for a long weekend getaway and could not have had a better stay than we did at Clementine Cottage! Lots of unique spots to visit and eat if you want to get out and explore the area, and everything you need if you just want to stay home and enjoy a day on the quiet lake. We really enjoyed it and can't wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful! This home was immaculately clean and organized and so thoughtfully supplied with everything you could need. Gloria keeps a very clean place and so attractive! The basket of snacks left for us was so appreciated! The weather was perfect and the lake view was spectacular! I sat on the huge screened in porch most of the time! I just wish we could have stayed longer!!

Wonderful Stay

This is a lovely home on a quiet private lake. Our host was awesome and we felt really welcomed. The huge screened-in porch is perfect for watching all the waterfowl. We will book this property again.

Peace & relaxation on the lake

We had a wonderful time there quiet & peaceful. The house was charming & cozy. The porch was my favorite place to just sit & look at the lake the dog also enjoyed just sitting & watching ducks & birds. Would definitely stay there again

Adorable little home right on the lake. Perfect location for quiet and relaxation. Enjoyed the kayaks, but the screened in porch was our favorite!

It was wonderful. The house was so nice and they even left a snack basket for us. It had everything you could think of. I was so touched by the thoughtfulness of these people. I would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you for such a great place!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!! Gloria has everything you need and then some. The bed slept good and it was peaceful. Our dog loved being in the screened porch area. We want to come back!!

Relaxing getaway

We took a last minute getaway and Gloria was so easy to work with and accommodating. The place was beautiful. It always seems so much more peaceful on the water. Enjoyed some fishing and just being away from the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
