This was one of our favorite homes we’ve ever stayed in! This beautiful historic house in an excellent neighborhood was the most perfect place for our group’s first time visiting Philly! Our host was communicative and responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great rental in Philadelphia.

Our host was very responsive from booking to checkout. The house's location is great and within a reasonable walking distance to many of Phladelohia's parks, squares, restaurants... When an Uber was needed, it arrived quickly. We're already planning another trip a d will stay at this location ation.

Our host was communicative and very helpful! We had a little bit of an issue accessing the property but they were responsive and helpful in getting us the needed information for access. The home is in such a great location for exploring the city and was very convenient for grabbing food/drinks/groceries/etc! We did have some issues with the fridge keeping cool enough for our groceries to stay good, we were visiting during a heatwave, but with the proximity to shops, we were able to manage!

Excellent choice for Philly. Location cannot be beat. The immediate area is filled with great places to eat (The Dandelion, The Winder, Guisseppe & Sons). Easy walk to the historic sites. Four bedrooms were great for our three generation family visit. Kitchen is well equipped. It is a very old house so the floor are a little noisy but that is the charm of being in the city.

Such a charming house in a great neighborhood. The only setback for us was there was no parking for our rental car but there is a parking garage across the street that we used. We really enjoyed the house.
