House was a good size for our group of 4 with 2 young kids. The pool was ok, pretty chilly and only “heated” from 9-5. Also I inquired regarding the pool temp and pool waterfall not working but did not receive a response. The check in process and proximity to the beach are the best part of the rental, very easy. Property was ok.

We loved our stay!!! The house was wonderful the pool was great so close to the beach! Plenty of towels. Everything you needed in the kitchen and more. The bonus room in the basement was a huge success loved the bathroom being down there for when we were swimming along with the little kitchen. We’re already talking about coming back!!! Beautiful home!!!!!

If you are looking for some places to improve the property, I have a few suggestions.The doors onto the deck do not open and shut well, especially the primary bedroom side. The door drops over an inch when you open it and it has to be forced back up to close.The data cables are just hanging around the box right next to the outdoor shower. That seems like an easy fix so that things look more well-kept.

Jade Bay

Our Family had a amazing time in Jade Bay! House was clean and spacious. The pool was amazing. Easy walk to a great beach. Restaurants in close drive. Realtor was awesome and easy to work with! Very helpful and quick response! Family had a great time

The house was very nice and had plenty of space for our family. The pool area was really nice and had a lot of games/things to do for kids. The pool was heated to a nice warm temp. There was plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, and cooking utensils. The appliances were nice and worked well (except the keurig machine, which would not work because it needed to be descaled). Overall, the house and amenities were a 5/5. As far as the negatives:The property manager was pretty slow to respond to our messages. During the middle of our week the pool pump/heater stopped working. Management was slow to respond to my messages about this and the pool went without being heated for 1.5 days before someone came out to reset it. Fortunately, the weather was warm enough to keep the pool at a relatively comfortable temperature w/out the heater. Also, we had a couple issues with the wifi not working. On our last full day and on checkout day we had no working internet in the house. We were told it would be fixed by the evening on the first day it went out, but it wasn’t. This may have been an issue with the internet provider, but it was frustrating to us. The house could have used more basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. We were given a small amount to start with, but it was not enough to last the full week. So, we had to buy more at Publix.

Cozy Beach House with a Great location

For the square footage of this house it seemed bigger than it is. Enough room to definitely gather around while cooking or just watching tv. The kitchen had anything and everything you would need. Blender, coffee pot, Keurig, electric kettle, air fryer, more glasses and dishes than you can use! The 3 bedrooms are nice size. The owners suite has the attached bathroom. The room itself is a great size with a huge closest. The bathroom is a good size but a very small vanity. The hair dryer is attached to the wall and you have to hold the button while you dry your hair. I have very thick hair so holding this button for 20 minutes was not fun but at least there was a hair dryer. Queen bedroom was an ok size with a very small closet. We didn't use the 3rd bedroom except to store our luggage. All the bedrooms could use table lamps. The only light source was the overhead ceiling light/with ceiling fans. We couldn't get the ceiling fans to work in any of the bedrooms. It seems they are missing the remotes. The property group is aware of this and hopefully have taken care of it.The heated pool was not heated when we got there but the Property group (Kelsey thank you very much) came and took care of that the next day. There are more beach towels than you can use!The somewhat finished basement has a 3rd "unfinished" bathroom and some games.The deck could use some furniture to sit on.Walking to the beach was easy and about 4-5 minute walk. No beach umbrella just 7 bag chairs.
