We share your love and appreciation of the complimentary tram service the neighborhood offers to ferry guests to and from the beach or the community pool (the largest in northwest Florida)! While the community's deeded beach is only a short walk away, the tram is a more convenient way to get coolers, chairs and beach toys down to the sand :-)

Thanks for the fantastic review of BEach Happy! We are thrilled to know that you had a wonderful time while visiting the home. Our community is fortunate in that we have a deeded beach which you can get to via the complimentary beach tram service or on foot. Half of the beach is managed by La Dolce Vita, the community's chosen beach service provider. The other half is open for people to setup their own chairs and umbrellas. In addition, the county's largest public beach access is only a mile away! On the other side of that is Camp Helen State Park which features a beautiful beach as well as access to Lake Powell - the largest coastal dune lake in the state of Florida! Every hidden gem eventually gets discovered. At times, the neighborhood's deeded beach can get a little crowded. La Dolce Vita uses a reservation system and a confirmed reservation guarantees you a spot on the community beach. The open side is much like the public beach - they operate on a first come, first serve basis. Fortunately, with Inlet Beach and Camp Helen being so close one can almost always find that perfect spot to have a wonderful day soaking up the sun!

We are happy to know that Liz and her family enjoyed the time that they spent visiting BeACH Happy! It is an absolutely fantastic property situated in the back of the picturesque neighborhood of Seacrest Beach. As far as the concern about Internet speed, all the homes in the neighborhood are equipped with gigabit high speed Internet service provided by the local cable company – Mediacom. Mediacom has a fiber optic network in the neighborhood and coax is only used to provide service from the pedestal at the curb to the side of the house. Had we been aware that Liz was disappointed in the Internet service, we would have certainly looked into it. The neighborhood has a commitment from Mediacom to dispatch a technician to the residence within twenty-four hours if someone needs to come fix something. So if there was a problem specific to the residence and we had been contacted, I'm certain we could have addressed it promptly. We will also look into some options for improving wireless coverage throughout the home to do everything we can to ensure guests have an optimal experience. When it comes to the amazing Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool, it is clearly stated in the advertisement that it is NOT heated. And we certainly convey this to any traveler who asks. Fortunately, the neighborhood does plan on adding a heated community pool in the near future. When that is done, folks who want to go swimming during winter or spring months will have a very comfortable experience.
