This place was perfect for a couple and an easy walk to Main St. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Love a place that has extra paper towels and toilet paper that are accessible if needed. Jerrod was always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was cozy and had everything we needed to feel at home! The bed was cozy and we really liked the bathroom decor. It was also very clean, and communication with the host was great! We loved that we could walk to downtown rather than trying to find a parking spot. We would stay again for sure!

This condo was amazing!!! The location was perfect!! We could walk everywhere but yet was far enough off Main Street that it was very quiet. The way it was decorated felt like you were in a cozy mountain cabin with high end finishes. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the host was always quick to reply. Also very clean!!! We love Breckenridge and hopefully we can stay here when we come back!!! Thanks Jerrod!!!

Very comfortable stay, excellent location. Kitchen very well stocked. If the place was mine, I would get a more comfortable couch and have a new screen made for the bedroom window. I would have liked to have the window open at night, but the shape the screen was in made it feel too insecure/unsafe. Replace decor items over toilet with slim shelves so there is somewhere to put toiletries.

Great location, comfy one bedroom

This is a nice one bedroom with a great kitchen, living room and bathroom. The bed is comfy. Parking is easy. The location is so close to Main Street and the gondola. The only downside is the proximity and neighbors living, noise, walking, etc. This is mentioned in the description and isn’t overwhelming. Don’t hesitate to rent it.

Fantastic place with great location and views

I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant to rent due to this property having only one review at the time of booking however I am very glad I decided to rent from Jerrod! The walk is less than 5 minutes from Breck station which is perfect if you're taking the shuttle from DIA or making use of the free Summit Express busses. The gondola is right behind Breck station, super convenient as well. Everything is pretty much within walking distance and if not, just grab one of the free busses. Great views from the front door and the inside is nice and modern. Jerrod was an excellent host and quick to respond. You'll love your stay, I know I did!
