Awesome home

This home has a wonderful set up. 3 bedrooms on One side of the house with a large 4th bedroom/game room on the otherside. Living area in the middle. Great kitchen! It was the most stocked kitchen I have experienced. Several spices, airfryer, crockpot and blender. All cleaning supplies, trash bags, roller paper and paper towel were all supplied. We had an issue with the dryer not working and within an hour the maintenance person was there and repaired it. Beautiful pool area and the hot tub was a hit with the little ones.

Sarasota get-away

Great location if you happen to be flying in to Sarasota, however, be prepared to experience a bit of aircraft noise due to the property location. Very nice salt water pool & many upgrades to the home.

Fantastic Florida vacation

We can’t say enough positive things about the house, Sunsota, and most especially the owner, Christy. The home is a mid century gem, updated to current comforts and many many extras. We have stayed at in a multitude of vacation homes in the past 30 years and this was one of the best. Our favorite hi-lights include: * Gorgeous salt water pool and relaxing patio * fully fenced backyard with was great for our doggie * super comfortable mattresses on every bed * kids room was a huge hit with our 12 year old grandson - tv, ping pong table, 4 bunk beds (and each included a cute stuffed animal) * lovely kitchen with anything you would need * toilet paper!! This is the first time ever we did not need to go out and purchase additional as there was a large supply * beautiful neighborhood and landscaping * Christy responded immediately to our minor questions or issues and even sent us delicious donuts one morning. When our travels bring us back to Sarasota, we will definitely stay at the Sunsota house - one of our very favorites .

Great Home in nice neighborhood with goo access to airport and beaches

The property is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well taken care of. Great for families and large groups. Owners are good at communicating and very helpful. Home is near to airport and the air traffic and sounds are challenging when outdoors at pool and while sleeping. Pool and lawn maintenance may show up without notice. Very kind and very quick to do their job.

Our stay here was wonderful. Great experience from the initial reservation. The communication was great with Christy, she would respond to my inquiries in less than five minutes!! the house was great, clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was great😁

Sarasota Paradise

We loved our stay at SunSota! The pool was definitely our favorite hang out spot it was amazing! The landscaping in the backyard is so beautiful. There were plenty of beds for 8 of us and we all slept peacefully. Bring some bug spray for the backyard they were bad a couple of times but in no way a deal breaker! Also if you need early check in or late check out plan far in advance or book an extra day as the check in and check out times are very strict. We understand that the cleaning crew needs time to make the place sparkle for the next guests. I appreciate Christy’s quick response time and she made sure our trip went great! I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Mid Century Modern Home

This home is lovely and spacious. All the improvements made since 1958 have maintained the integrity of this lovely home. The pool area and private back yard are a wonderful asset. The jet noise from nearby airport is a compromise.

Wedding at Powel Crosley

My now husband and I stayed here for the weekend, as we were getting married up the street at the Powel Crosley estate and wanted a home base for family meals and getting ready. The place was huge, and had great amenities. It also felt safe and secure, though some of the windows did not lock.

Great property, fun amenities, convenient location

We had a blast here! The kids loved the pool, the landscaping was lush and beautiful, the interior was spacious, there was plenty of seating for our large party, the house was close to plenty of beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else we needed. The beds weren't the most comfortable I've stayed at, but we wore ourselves out enough that it didn't matter much =) Highly recommended, especially for a large group!

Amazing house and pool!

We positively LOVED our stay at this house! Plenty of room for our whole family. The pool and backyard are gorgeous. Because of the red tide status, we spent way more time at the pool than at the beach, but it was great! We made a lot of our meals at home and the kitchen is to die for. Everything we needed in the way of utensils, cookware, etc. was located in the massive amount of cabinets. Just the color of the kitchen was wonderful to walk into each day. Loved it all!

3 week stay

We had a great stay. The house is very clean, furnished nicely and is extremely well run. We were looking for a property equidistant to downtown Sarasota and IMG. This home fulfilled that need, however the proximity to the airport was hard to ignore.

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for a little getaway! It was super clean and had a super fun space for the kids to hang out! It has a great outdoor space with a pool and spa along with enough grass behind that to throw a football around or play a game of cornhole! We would definitely stay here again. The owner was super responsive to any questions or problems that we had!
