Host was wonderful. The property was very clean and well stocked. It was very good for our family and the location was great. The furniture however needs some updating, but we weren’t there very much. I would stay there again.

The house was wonderful and well stocked with everything that we needed. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to excellent restaurants in Germantown. Siyan checked in with us to make sure that we were doing well. We would definitely return.

I was not actually able to make use of the property as my mother was in the hospital, but my family members who did use it said it was great. Nice neighborhood, large, comfortable and close to the venue they were attending.

Family wedding trip

We were in Memphis for a family wedding. We had several family members with us. The house was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t have been better as the wedding was in Germantown. Host couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with.

Great place great location

The home was in a great location. It was really clean. The furniture is really dated but the beds were all very comfortable. My only concern was that while we were gone from the home sight seeing we returned to find the owner at the property. It appeared he went inside the home as several lights seemed to have been turned off when we returned to the house. I guess that is fine, but I'm just not a fan of that. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

MEMORIAL

Unfortunately, we were in Memphis for a Family Memorial Service. The Property worked out excellent as we had room accommodations for our core group, plus we had the dining and seating areas for Family to gather after we attended Services. The layout allowed us to have additional Family and Family Friends to commiserate, and socialize in the evenings. It worked out perfectly for us.Thanks So Much... The DeBolds.

Family wedding

We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a home to accommodate our large family. The house met our needs well. We were pleased with the neighborhood and felt safe (as safe as anyone can feel in Memphis or any large city these days).

Perfect location for a Shelby Farms Fed Ex venue event

The house is comfortable and well equipped. We did not cook any meals but appreciated the high quality internet and TV. Everything was clean and ready for arrival. Instructions about entry and departure were clear and helpful. Siyan even left welcome note and snacks. Worked very well for our extended family during a busy wedding weekend. Also, easy access to the airport and ample parking. Thanks for all

Best stay ever!

We had reserved another house in Memphis for the week of Dec 26; the owner of that unit cancelled our reservations on the day before our departure, Christmas day! We were so upset. I found this unit on VRBO, contacted Siyan on Christmas Day and she replied immediately. We were able to book the house and save our trip! Communication with the owner is excellent; the house was spotless and well-stocked; pictures are accurate. We couldn't be happier that our first unit was cancelled and that we were able to find this gem!

Great place!

The house was a perfect location for us and several family members from out of state to stay for our daughter's wedding. Safe location, clean, lots of space and great spot for bride prep on her big day. Thank you to Siyan for providing a relaxing home away from home :)
