The house was perfect for my family! Vincent was an excellent host—very accommodating and communicative. He also left very helpful and detailed instructions for the house, which made everything so easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay at this house. Kids loved the big pool and large yard, the kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. It’s conveniently located to all the good stuff-beaches, restaurants, mini-golf.

What a great home ! Very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful pool and quiet property. The location is wonderful. You can be to many key spots in minutes. Vincent is a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed every minute spent in his home.

Lovely house with fabulous pool and grounds

Really enjoyed our five-day sojourn at this lovely house in North Sea. The pool is stunning, and grounds are spacious and house is well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home and property. The house is much nicer and bigger then I thought from the pictures. There is also a full basement with a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. Great host and well stocked house with everything you could need!

Great Getaway!

Our family wanted to visit Southampton for an extended weekend and this property was perfectly located to visit both Sag Harbor and Southampton. The house was spacious and clean, and the host super communicative. I even left a dress behind and the host mailed it to me! The best! Thank you.

Great Summer Escape

Charming house conveniently located between Sagg Harbor and Bridgehampton. Wonderful outdoor setting for dinners, lounging by the pool and enjoying the last weeks of summer. The pool and ping pong tables provided hours of fun on the occasional rainy day. Vincent was a wonderful host and was super organized and responsive. He thought of everything and made our experience a true pleasure.

our excellent stay

We loved this house and pool. Very quiet and private. The house is well cared for. Wonderfully stocked with everything one needs. The owners are friendly and ready to make one's stay pleasant. We discovered the basement with a ping-pong table, billiards and games. Wonderful pool. Close to Southampton and Sag Harbor. We hope to return next summer for a longer stay. Eugenia Strauss
