Free standing single family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Two master suites with granite and tile showers and upgraded amenities. Wolf kitchen appliances and an open kitchen to accommodate large groups. The unit has a private sunbathing balcony and sleeps up to 11 people. Located in the spectacular Sea Colony West close to state of the art tennis facility and close proximity to the beach. There are over 30 tennis courts, 14 pools and a beautiful private beach for residents.

Clean, spacious, and well appointed. The house is perfect for a family beach getaway. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which made cooking meals feasible. Great location near the Aquatic center and tram stop.

This property is amazing. It is in great condition with wonderful amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked. Great location easy walk to the beach and near a tram stop. The host is very responsive. I look forward to staying here again.

Scott was a wonderful host. He was traveling overseas yet still found time to respond to my questions. His home is very clean and very comfortable. We were 6 adults and 4 kids yet I never felt like we were tripping over anyone. There is a sunroom, which gave anyone who needed it, quiet time. We made great use of his wrap around porch and outdoor shower. 6 min bike ride to Baroo’s. 8 min bike ride to see a beach sunrise, tram stop just a few steps away. Walking distance to the gym. large outdoor pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Would love to stay again.

The house was amazing—probably the best in Sea Colony! The floors have been updated, along with two of the bathrooms and the kitchen, which made everything feel fresh and modern. Check-in was seamless, and the owner was extremely responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Wonderful trip to Bethany Beach!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the first floor primary bedroom and all of the amenities offered in this property. The host was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful stay in a lovely home.

Sea Colony is a favorite vacation spot for our family. We enjoyed our days playing tennis, hanging out on the beach and lounging at the pool. Even on rainy days, there was plenty to do indoors at the house and at nearby indoor courts and fitness center. Would love to come back.

This property was perfect for our family. Very convenient to the tram stop. A short walk to the fitness center and the aquatic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond.

Spacious and gracious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and beautiful home. Having bathrooms with every bedroom made staying with family easy. Property owner was responsive. Location in Sea Colony was convenient - tram, pools, fitness center, tennis center all a quick walk. We’ll stay again!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was an amazing experience! The house was spotless and the perfect space for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 pre-teens. Scott was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay, and always quick to respond. We left something behind, and he kindly offered to mail it to us! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer.

Perfect Summer Vacation

We had the absolute best week at Sea Colony! The house, location and communication was perfect. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and couldn't have asked for a better set up. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and and the best bonus was 2 washer and dryers. Scott was super helpful and responsive leading up to and during our trip. We can't wait to book again!

Relaxing Getaway

The property was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nicely furnished. The little Sun room ended up being the sought after room to have some cozy quiet time to read. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed to have enjoyable meals. The dishwasher was a little wobbly and was not used during stay. All in all a 5 star. Would recommend it to friends.

SC secluded house

House was clean and as described in listing. Super great location in the heart of SC but felt secluded in nice quiet area. Kitchen mostly well equipped but not large. Unable to use garages for extra vehicles but no problem parking three cars in driveway. Maybe bring a power strip if you have a lot of devices. Overall a great house!

We loved this house! It was close to the Fitness and Aquatics Center. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath off the kitchen. The first floor master had a sitting room attached. There were two individual sitting areas on the ground floor and one on the second floor....all with nice furniture. There was laundry on both the first and second floor. There were lots of extra blankets, laundry baskets, cleaning supplies and parking. The floors are all hard wood so they are easy to keep clean. The "family" bedroom setup was perfect for my daughter and her family. My husband has a bad back and he found the mattress in the second floor master to be VERY comfortable. this house offers more than you see in the listing. We brought our kids to Sea Colony and now we are bringing them back with their kids. This is the best house we have rented. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay at a fabulous house

House was spacious and well furnished. Fabulous layout of the rooms, awesome to have 2 master suites. Great outdoor space. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils and cook ware. Fabulous Wolf Stove. Host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We will stay again!

Scott's house was one of the most well-equipped houses we've ever stayed in for vacation! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The Sea Colony really has everything you'd want or need within walking/biking distance - beach access (tram is an easy 10 min ride), splash pad (10 min walk), pools (closest is about a 4 min walk), playground, tennis courts (8 min walk), etc. All of the beds were comfortable which is so rare!

Wonderful vacation spot!!

We had such a lovely time vacationing at this home. The owner was very responsive to a few inquiries and pleasant to work with! The home is spacious and nicely updated. We loved hanging out on the large sectional as a family and also the back patio was really nice. Bathrooms in each room also made for ease with a large family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the proximity to the tram was awesome! We hope to be back. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great house, professionally managed

Comfortable, clean and modern home in a quiet corner of a great community. Especially nice kitchen very well equipped. We parked out car and relied on bicycles nearly the whole stay. Great community tennis and pickleball facilities and a very big gym. Bring your own toiletries, paper goods, sheets and towels
