Our home is designed to accommodate families and large groups who love lake front living and spending time with family and friends. It is a central location which makes it a great place for reunions and getaways. Bring your boats or other watercraft and enjoy the beautiful clean water of Norris Lake in the Mountains of Tennessee. Spring Lily Retreat is set in a serene cove away from the busy water and is a very desirable destination for visitors. Spend your day swimming, sunning, fishing, boating, tubing, or wake boarding on the peaceful waters of Norris Lake. Our home is conveniently located a half mile from Flat Hollow Marina, a full service marina with boat ramps, gas, and essentials.
The houses comes with a commercial ice maker. Save some trips to the marina for ice!

We love being on the water, entertaining, and spending time with our family and friends, and this home is perfect for all of that!

We have always wanted to own a lake house. When we saw this house, we knew it was the perfect place for our family, along with our extended family and friends to enjoy beautiful Norris Lake.
This location is secluded yet easily accessible, and we love the serenity of the cove.

The property is in a quiet, no-wake cove perfect for lounging at the dock or floating the day away, and is about a ten minute boat ride to Flat Hollow Marina. It’s just another few minutes to beautiful, open waters perfect for skiing, tubing, and boating, and your choice of other peaceful coves to drop anchor and explore. Spring Lily Retreat is also close to several other marinas, including our Favorites Deerfield and Shanghai!
The house offers plenty of space for families and friends to spend quality time or to spread out and have their own space.
