Nice home. Check in and communication were easy. House is as described. Plenty of towels, pool was clean and warm. Had some issues with wifi speed/cell service in the house. Property could use a deep clean, enjoyed our time.

Although the WiFi throughout the house could be improved, we enjoyed our stay. Every thing was in good working order and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs.

House was clean . Coul0e things could of been cleaner . But not at any fault of owner. Anytime i had questions or concerns the owner reached out fast. Was very friendly. And kind . Nice house. Great loction. Internet was not great. And pool it didnt get very hot. Over all was nice and would go back.

Amazing stay

We had such an incredible stay here with our family. The house is beautiful, spotless, and very spacious, perfect when traveling with a bigger group. We stayed here with our four children aged 11–14, and it worked absolutely perfectly for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy (which is important with teenagers), while still having amazing areas to spend time together. The living room and kitchen were great gathering places, the game room in the garage was a huge hit with the kids, and the outdoor area with the pool was simply fantastic. We spent so much time there and it quickly became everyone's favorite spot. The location is also excellent. We loved being able to mix up our days by spending time at the shared pool, and having a gym so close by was a big bonus. All in all, this has been an absolutely amazing holiday for our family. The house made the whole experience even better, and it's one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable and at home. We would happily come back anytime.

Our main issue was not being sent our check-in details for the villa. When you have driven 5 hrs to the UK airport, waited there, endured a long flight, plus delays at passport control, plus delays waiting for your rental vehicle you really don't want to arrive at the resort not knowing where your villa is located, and not knowing that you need a PIN access code to enter it. When you are very tired and it is gone 1am in the morning and you can't access the villa you have paid a lot to rent it's not great... Thankfully a very helpful Soltarra security man helped us to obtain eventually from you the necessary details required. Not a great start to the vacation.... The villa had plenty of room, a nice pool with spa (we never figured out how to turn on the spa jets). The house decor I would describe as old-fashioned, it reminded me of the 1970s. A villa I rented in Kissimee in 2005 had far more modern decoration!... The Sol Cafe at the resort was very good with excellent Mexican style fast food. Our neighbours on both sides were a bit noisy, loud talking, children shouting, and barking dogs. It was nice in and around the pool when everyone else was out! I preferred my 2005 villa. Travel instructions from the airport would have been nice.
