This place was amazing! Definitely a hot location if you love fishing. The homeowner was very courteous and even offered fishing tips. It was even petit friendly for our dogs. We will be using this place again.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. It was about a 1 to 2 minute walk to the beach. Our host had chairs and boogie boards available for us to use.My family enjoyed fishing out of the yard in the canal! A lot of times when you go on vacation and you’re not at the beach, you don’t have an outside area to hang out at, but this place was perfect for an outside family! It was a safe area and the beach wasn’t crowded at all! It was easy to locate and check in, and our host was very kind! We would definitely come back again! We found an awesome fresh fish market just a couple miles down the road!

The home is well appointed and comfortable. The marsh view was great. The home is very close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Fishing trip

We had a great time, the host was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very attentive. We spent 2 days mostly fishing off the back yard, lots of bites. The flounder were out. The house was well equipped easy for what we wanted to do. Will definitely stay again.

The house is located right on the marsh where you could fish, kayak and sit on the deck and enjoy the activity of the wildlife. Rhett, the owner, is very accommodating, gets right back to you with any questions. The round home has such charm and you are one block from the beach with great access. Rhett provides a very nice, large create for your fur babies and ours had a blast! We will be back!

Awesome place

This place is perfect! The owner was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Also the water in the rear was so nice to just sit and watch or go fishing in.

We enjoyed our stay at this very unique getaway. It has all you need.. great sunset views, short walk to the beach, in a nice quiet area. It was a truly wonderful place to spend our graduation trip celebration with our daughter. 10/10

Great place!

We were pretty surprised about this place. Very cozy with all the amenities you need to enjoy a trip at the beach. Perfect to place to fish right off the backyard. A very short walk to the beach. And all the local amenities you’d expect are always just a short drive. We look forward to renting this place again!

Convenient location. Walk to beach was easy. The view from upper deck was beautiful. Would have like to have more pots and pans for kitchen. Owner was fantastic.

Through no fault of the owner, the steps proved to be too steep for my husband. He had taken a bad fall 2 weeks prior to our trip and was still recuperating. The views were great. Location was wonderful.

We had a very pleasant stay. The views over the marsh/sound were beautiful. It does feel a bit crowded as there is a high rise directly across the narrow street and there was construction going on at it while we were there. So a little noisy. Plus a lot of people come to fish right at the edge of the water beneath the home so you hear and see them from inside and outside the house. But we didn’t mind so much. The house is cozy and had everything we needed. It’s dated but the owners have furnished it well. We had one issue while we were there with not being able to turn on the water in one of the showers. The owner was very accessible and helpful though. He offered extras that we didn’t expect like fishing rods and kayaks. We didn’t have time to use them but they were there and available! That would be nice if we had a longer stay. The walk to the beach is easy. Less than 5 minutes.

Great! Cute house. Best thing was being able to see what happened in the water in view with the changing tides, fishermen and sunsets.We had a couple of issues that the owner addressed very quickly.I'd go there again!

Super cute, literally on the water, pet friendly, fantastic owner! Rhett made sure we had everything we needed for our little getaway. He even went and purchased shrimp for us to fish with (he also provided the rods) offered kayaking, gave us information about the area. Just an awesome guy.
