Great room, great view, area still recovering from hurricane, building itself having some problems with elevators, intercom system stuck on for two days, parking was limited lot and dock being repaired, state park advertised rentals, concessions however none available no walking access to beach construction. Loved the room and view

The property description does not state that there is a beach within walking distance of the condo. Nearby beaches such as Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Beach, and Fort Myers Beach are just a short drive away, but the listing does not advertise direct walkable beach access. Additionally, amenities and services offered by the state park — such as rentals or concessions — are operated independently and are not associated with our property or management. The same applies to building operations like elevator maintenance, dock repairs, or other community construction projects, which are managed by the HOA. Unfortunately, the timing of those projects is outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you still enjoyed the condo and its view during your stay.

This condo is awesome!!! The views are just incredible. Everything is brand new all the furniture and the decoration is amazing. Five star cleaning…We were able to see dolphins and manatees every day… Very nice pool, it was never too crowded..,We didn’t want to leave… We will definitely be back…The management company was excellent I have No complaints at all….

Patio door was hard to open. Needs a mirror in the bedroom or floor length mirror. Coffee keurig instead of the coffee pot.
