This was a great property. Pool and games were nice too.Very much enjoyed deck. Loved the coffee time in the morning. Great host!!!

Condo was very clean & spacious. Bedrooms were separated by living room. Very nice screened in lanai, very clean property grounds, large community pools & hottubs. Neighbors were friendly. Close to everything you could possibly need- grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and beach 20 minute drive. Owner/host very flexible, accommodating, & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

So glad to hear the condo felt clean and spacious, and that the layout with bedrooms separated by the living room worked well for your group. The screened-in lanai, community pools, and hot tubs are some of our favorite features too, and it's wonderful that the location made it easy to reach grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We stayed for 3 days and we loved the condo, the area, and the fact we could cook on a full kitchen delicious food verses staying in a hotel and eating out all the time. It’s just minutes from a sunset, and other notable areas are close like Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and St Armand’s Square. The condo had nice extras like a stocked pantry of spices, paper towels, laundry detergent, and even coffee :) The host was a great communicator, and the process was easy from beginning to end.

We had an absolute blast to say the least!! This place is absolutely incredible to stay at. The owner was amazing and extremely quick to respond when we couldn’t get the ceiling fan working lol. She called right back and told me it was remote control lol, after pulling on the string for 10 min and flipping the light switch. I felt like a complete idiot lol, but she was great and super nice. We will definitely look at Maria’s place the next time we visit from North Carolina. Thanks so much Maria!!
