Casa bellissima.

La casa è bellissima. Attrezzata per consumare i pasti in casa. In centro a Colmar è comoda a tutti i negozi. Il garage sicuramente un plus!! Javier, il proprietario molto disponibile. Consigliatissima!!

Tutto perfetto!

La casa è in una posizione fantastica,proprio nel centro di Colmar. É una casa caratteristica del luogo completamente ristrutturata.È arredata veramente con gusto e con una cura straordinarie. Si nota l’attenzione ai dettagli e alla scelta dei colori.Il cortile interno é meta di gruppi di turisti che passano per ammirarlo. Non si può certo non menzionare il padrone di casa Javier! Ti accoglie con la sua gentilezza e simpatia e ti spiega tutto quello che c’e da sapere della casa e della zona. Disponibilissimo ma discreto nel corso di tutta la vacanza. Grazie javier di tutto!

Charme e lusso a Colmar!

Impossibile trovare un difetto: l'appartamento è stupendo, confortevole, molto ben arredato e corredato. La cucina è attrezzatissima, il bagno impeccabile. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza assoluta. La posizione è invidiabile, a due passi dal centro e dai mercatini di Natale....impossibile trovare di meglio. Super consigliato.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung

Sehr saubere und nette Unterkunft, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. In Colmar kann man alles fußläufig erreichen. Beim be- und entladen der Koffer muss man wegen einem Parkplatz Glück haben oder etwas tricksen. Zusammengefasst: sehr empfehlenswert.

Unbelievably clean and beautiful...a MAGICAL vacation rental!!!

I truly recommend this LOVELY Apartment in the center of Colmar. The location could not be better to tour this beautiful city in France. The Apartment is ABOVE AND BEYOND CLEAN!!! Beautiful view of the city center, the bedroom has a incredibly comfortable bed with immaculately clean white sheets. Honestly unbelievable for a rental property!! The living area, and kitchen are also comfortable and VERY CLEAN. The host, Javier, was available and his courtesy made the stay even more pleasant. Checking in and out was easy and pleasant. I am not a person that writes many reviews, but this Apartment deserves my extremely positive comments!!!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung am Rande der Fußgängerzone

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Colmar und haben vor allem die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Nur 50m bis zum nächsten Bäcker mit frischen Croissants. Das zusätzliche Angebot, einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz zu buchen haben wir als sehr nützlich angesehen. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden wäre sehr stressig gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, er hat viele Tipps und Informationen zusätzlich zur eigentlichen Buchung gegeben und sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall gerne wieder mieten.

Wonderful!

Absolutely loved staying here. The property is full of character and has amazing decor. Location is very convenient for exploring the old town of Colmar. Major bonus having the use of the host’s underground garage around a 10 minute walk away. The property host, Javier, was very helpful and attentive which was greatly appreciated.

Great location and surprisingly spacious apartment in Colmar. Javier went above and beyond to provide us with referrals to restaurants and bike rentals. The apartment is well decorated and very comfortable. We had a great stay.

Beautiful apartment right on the entrance to the old town

Beautiful first floor apartment with a view to the internal courtyard and external road. Absolutely everything is within walking distance from the apartment. Apartment had enough kitchenware if you want to cook but with an internal spiral staircase to the bedroom and bathroom, we weren’t able to take our suitcases up to the bedroom. Being such an old property, the windows aren’t double glazed and you do get some noise from the street, but that was expected. No issue at night. Javier was very pleasant to deal with but being asked for a cleaning fee when it wasn’t in the description of the advertisement was a bit cheeky - we thought. Overall, a wonderful place to base yourself to experience the old town. You really feel like a local!

Best of all!

The location was A-1, in the heart of old town Colmar. Far enough from the tourist ruckus, but only a five minute walk if so desired. The accommodations were spotless and tastefully decorated. All the modern conveniences one could want. Our host was on top of everything. We never had to ask for a thing. 15 minute walk to train station, or €1.50 by frequent bus. Taxi service is minimal. Colmar is a great place to visit. Unexpecradly we were there on a German holiday weekend, so the place was hopping. We will be back to these accomodations if we are in the area.

The apartment was fantastic. It has everything you would need. If you are looking for a location with access to Old Town Colmar It doesn't get any better than this. Just step out your door and your there. All said, though, what made our 4 day stay was the host Javier. What a great guy!!! He was a wealth of local knowledge. We went above and beyond, even taking the time to make us reservations at 2 fantastic restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt und dass man einen verschlossenen Garagenplatz zumieten kann ist super. stilvoll, warm & gemütlich

Weder die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, noch das Appartement, noch die Lage des Objektes liessen irgendwelche Wünsche offen! Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Colmar verbracht und uns sehr über die sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter gefreut. Das Auto konnten wir nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt in einer zusätzlich gemieteten Garage vom Gastgeber unterbringen -das ist sehr empfehlenswert! Alles im Appartement ist gut durchdacht. Besonders haben wir uns über die liebevolle und stilvolle Einrichtung gefreut und die Möglichkeit sogar draussen vor der Haustür sitzen zu können auf einem schnuckeligen Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof gerichtet und, dass wir mitten in der Altstadt waren. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

This apartment simply leaves me lost for words, given its charming elegance, supreme comfort, and ideal placement. A multitude of stores and markets are merely a stone's throw away, and the quaint Petite Venice is within a brisk walk's reach. Javier was an impeccable host, maintaining regular communication to ensure a smooth welcome upon our arrival. Our delightful rental significantly enriched our experience in Colmar, a town renowned for its captivating beauty. The train station is conveniently a brief 15-minute stroll away, hosting regular trains to Strasbourg and Basel, thus providing a hassle-free gateway to these cities and beyond. Several choices are available for exploring the neighboring towns, including flexible hop-on-hop-off buses, cycling tours, and both car and bicycle rentals. My heartfelt gratitude to Javier for making our vacation truly unforgettable!

Außergewöhnliches Wohlfühl-Ambiente mit Persönlichkeit

Einfach perfekt - hier stimmte für uns alles: die Lage, die Kommunikation mit Vermieter Javier und die Gestaltung begeisterten uns. Abseits vom Mainstream wurde mit viel Liebe eine besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen. Möbel, Accessoires, Farbigkeiten sind außergewöhnlich und wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. So haben wir nicht nur die unmittelbare Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Läden genossen, sondern auch die Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie befindet sich im 1. und 2. Geschoss eines Hauses am Rand der Fußgängerzone und ist mit dem Auto erreichbar; Parkhäuser sind in der Nähe, bei etwas längerem Aufenthalt ist der Tiefgaragenplatz von Javier günstig (ca. 7min zu Fuß). Ein kleiner Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof lädt zu Kaffee und Aperitiv ein. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment allen, die Freude an Ästhetik und Design haben und eine Wendeltreppe mögen (sie verbindet Wohnen/Küche im 1. Geschoss mit Schlafen/Bad im 2. Geschoss) sowie die Nähe zur Altstadt schätzen, um zwischen Sehenswürdigkeiten fußnah nochmal kurz in einer schönen Wohnung zu verweilen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles, Javier, auch für die Reservierung des Restaurants (das hätten wir allein sicherlich nicht „zufällig“ gefunden :-)

Schmuckstück mit viel Persönlichkeit

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, mit außergewöhnlich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, in toller Lage mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Raumaufteilung, die Inneneinrichtung sowie die durchdachte Farbauswahl und die unterschiedlichen Lichtstimmungen sind herausragend gelungen. Hier hat der Eigentümer mit viel Feingefühl und gestalterischem Mut ein hochwertiges Juwel geschaffen. Alles was man sich wünscht ist vorhanden, kochen in der hochwertigen, perfekten kleinen Küche macht Riesenspaß, das hohe Wohn- Esszimmer lädt mit seiner tollen Atmosphäre zum Verweilen ein, das Schlafzimmer besticht durch Bequemlichkeit und Größe, das Bad ist sehr sauber und auf kleinem Raum wunderschön gestaltet, der kleine, überdachte Balkon zum absolut ruhigen Innenhof ist bei jedem Wetter ein Traum. ...und überall in der Wohnung sind es die kleinen verspielten Details, die einen zum Lächeln bringen. Ganz besonderen Dank, lieber Javier, für die Herzlichkeit der Betreuung! Schon im Vorfeld bekommt man alle, liebevoll zusammengestellten Informationen, die den Check-in vereinfachen. Der angebotene Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz ist in vier Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die liebenswürdige Freundlichkeit! Wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen von Colmar

Wir verbrachten die Osterfeiertage in Colmar, die sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, um einen Kurzurlaub zu genießen. Durch die zwei Wohn- und Schlafebenen sowie der kleine Balkon ist die Wohnung auch sehr geräumig und ist eine Wohlfühl- Oase. Bei der Einrichtung ist an alles gedacht. Besonders ist unser Gastgeber Javier zu erwähnen, der für alle Fragen die passende Lösung parat hatte und uns mit seinen Ratschlägen und Engagement den Aufenthalt zusätzlich verschönte. Das Angebot der Tiefgarage sollte man unbedingt wahrnehmen. Lieber Javier, danke schön :)

Einfach Perfekt

Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat außerdem eine super Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen! Alles in allem einfach perfekt :)
