Questa proprietà è un 2 camere da letto, 2 1/2 bagni direttamente sulla Siesta Key Beach. Questa è una casa privata unifamiliare.

Ristrutturata nel 2008, questa spaziosa casa con 2 camere da letto offre 2200 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo su 2 piani. Dispone di un ampio soggiorno con audio surround stereo e Fios TV sempre con pacchetto baseball MLB per gli appassionati di baseball. Un ampio balcone al piano principale con doppie aree salotto con vista sulla spiaggia e sul golfo. Bella cucina moderna, zona lavasciuga e 1/2 bagno si trovano tutte al primo piano.

La camera da letto principale è eccezionalmente grande con un salotto di lettura / lettura laterale che ha anche un letto singolo estraibile. Un balcone privato rende le mattine molto tranquille e appartate per i nostri ospiti. Il bagno principale offre una grande zona doccia doppia per due con piastrelle in travertino.

Abbiamo anche altre grandi proprietà di Siesta Key se questa non è disponibile.

Si trova a circa 3 minuti a piedi dal Siesta Key Village (1000 piedi), dove si trovano tutti i negozi, ristoranti e bar.
Si tratta di 10 miglia dall'aeroporto di SRQ, un'ora di auto dall'aeroporto di St Pete e un'ora e 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Tampa.
Orlando è di 2 ore a nord, Tampa / St. Pete 1 ora a nord, Miami 3 ore a sud.

Spiagge soleggiate con sabbia bianca e cristallina che si estendono per chilometri. Negozi dall'elegante ed elegante alla moda e alla moda, con ogni tipo di moda, accessori da spiaggia e souvenir. Ristoranti dove puoi andare a fare una veloce colazione o un pranzo in infradito e dita dei piedi di sabbia, o per rilassarti con stile durante una cena straordinaria.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay! Ron was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. The views were truly 10 out of 10—breathtaking from every angle. Even when you’re not looking directly at the beach, the stunning scenery is reflected all around the house. The home itself was immaculate, and its proximity to the village made it so easy to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and charming shops nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!

We had the best time ever with my wife and two 11yo boys. Propery is very clean and well maintained. Beach is in your backyard. Siesta Keys Village is just around the corner. Host is very responsive and diligent. We'll definitely be back again.

Upon arrival, we couldn’t even get into the property because we were never sent the access code or any check-in details beforehand. We spent time on the phone trying to sort it out, only to finally get inside and be met with a dirty, unprepared house. The HVAC system was completely out, and the thermostat read 92 inside—making it unbearably hot.A strong musty smell overpowered the home and has clearly not been refurbished or properly repaired since the hurricanes. All of our things smelled of this odor. There’s significant wear and tear throughout, and it’s obvious the property has not been well-maintained. What was promised in the listing did not match the reality. This was a major disappointment, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
House was not cleaned from previous renter.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! The house was wonderful and less than 3 minutes from the front door to the village. The beach right out the back door was stunning. And Ron was an amazing and accommodating host. We cannot wait to come back!

Better location than expected. Very close to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. The property is better in person than the pictures online. My family enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing being on the beach. I would recommend this property over any condos in the area. Thank you Ron! The Hernandez Family

Amazing time!!!

We had a wonderful time! Very clean, well equipped, views are even better in person, loved watching the rabbits, turtles, coffee, and yoga with a view. Walks on the beach, and so close to everything. Highly recommend!!!

Vacation in Siesta Key

The house is great. The area around the house has remnants from the hurricanes which is understandable. The water that is trapped in the lagoon, for lack of a better description, is gross and was deep enough that you can’t pull the wagon through it. Parking was a challenge when we went to dinner.

The house had amazing views of the beach and was located so close to the main part of the village. We loved how walkable it was and at the same time felt so secluded!

Perfect Location

Location, Location, Location! This beautiful home could not be any closer to the white sands of Siesta Key and just a few hundred yards away from many restaurants and shops. We stayed Sunday-Friday morning and the beaches were not busy at all, you could pick any spot on the beach! The owner gets 11/10 for communication, kitchen was beautiful, outdoor shower was a big plus, check in/check out was easy, the list goes on and on. We will be back!

Amazing House, Location and Experience

This was our first time to book through VRBO and thanks to Ron, it could not have been better! The house is really nice and comfortable and the location to both the beach and the village were amazing! You can tell by interaction with Ron, that he cares about his guests and makes sure everything is well communicated. My family is already asking to stay there again next year!

Siesta trip

The property was clean and well furnished. Had all we needed as a 4 person family. Literally 50 steps from the basement area to the beach. Check in process was easy and seamless. 5 minute walk to the village. We had a great time. Would recommend.

Just Perfect

This rental was perfect for us. It has a great location right on the beach and within easy walking distance to food and shopping. It was also conveniently located for driving to other beaches and sites in the area. Ron was a great help to us in arranging our stay and our early arrival time.

Perfect location!

Private, quiet, perfect beach spot for beach goers. Walk on beach every night right before sunset to end of beach and celebrate the sunset. Or walk five minutes into siesta village. Ron was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any question.

Our family fell in love with Siesta Key during family vacations. Decided to have our 'own' home on the beach and also utilize it within our business model of rental real estate.

We really never thought we could own a house on the beach and make it a financially sound investment. Purchased when the market was waining and the property was in disrepair. With a significant remodeling budget, we were able to create what some call the 'best house on Siesta Beach' Everyone that visits raves about the house and in 2016 we rented 50 of 52 weeks with 80% of those rentals from previous tenants. In 2013, we found that we only had 2 weeks available for our family because of the demand. That has what has lead to the purchase of 110 Beach Road on July 1st, 2013
