A caring place for your elderly parent while you are away, Ultimate Grace House offers all the comforts of home with 24/7 care for seniors when the family is on vacation or traveling for work.
Our loving, compassionate caregivers provide for every need - bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, taking meds - as well as housekeeping and cooking.
Companions also provide positive social enrichment through conversation and engaging activities, like games and outings.

Ultimate Grace House is intended as a place of refuge for seniors and the people that love and support them most. We can help you build a tailor-made care plan that includes all meals while providing your senior loved one with as much flexibility and autonomy as possible.

Because it is a small, private facility, not a nursing home or senior living center, families are empowered to make their own decisions about care management and control visitor access to the apartment as you choose.
A mutually-agreed care contract will govern all the details of the care plan, for everyone's peace of mind.
Ellison Heights Apartments is a brand-new facility where you can unwind in the quiet solitude of your apartment or take advantage of our Swimming Pool, Outdoor Terrace & Grilling Area with Fire Pit. The apartment is handicap-accessible, just steps away from the front door or our temperature-controlled parking garage.
Conveniently located in suburban Penfield, surrounded by parks but just minutes away from the city of Rochester, we offer many opportunities for recreation and cultural enrichment. Transportation can be arranged to visit any of the region's scenic places and tourist destinations.
Our gentle, warm-hearted, reliable caregivers are onsite to provide essential care, safety, protection and advocacy to your parent or loved one. If they do not require 24-hour help and supervision, arrangements for 12-hour care can be made.
Families can remotely monitor and communicate with their loved ones at all times via the Google Duo app on your smartphone and the onsite Google Nest IQ cameras and Nest Hub Max.
