Perfect stay at the beach!

Perfect stay at the beach. The property was just as advertised- maybe even better. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cabo.

Walt and Jana’s condo at Terrasol was WONDERFUL! As mentioned in the write up, the condo is newly renovated and STOCKED with anything you might need while away. (Such a much better choice than a standard hotel room) The location of the actual complex is perfect, too - literally within walking distance to the marina. It’s nice and tucked back from the main road so is super quiet. The condo itself is a great location within the complex, just steps away from the Palapa Bar / pool. THAT is a nice touch to have on property (very reasonably priced) and the entire staff was so lovely! Book it, you will love it!

Family Spring Break

Condo served all 7 of us very nicely. Short walk to a beach where it was safe to swim. Both pools were nice and close. One pool nice and quiet and the other has a swim up bar and restaurant. Good food! Great view!

Great unit on a wonderful property

Newly renovated and very well stocked condo. Communication with the owner is very timely and informative. I have stayed in many units in Terrasol for over 20 years and this is definately to keep on the list

Thank you! We own 3 condos at Terrasol and we do our best to keep them up-to-date and fully stocked. I appreciate your comment about how quick the response is. Many of the condos are managed by a broker or manager, a big difference is that your contact is with the owner (me) and I am always by my computer or phone. haha

Fantastic place

Fantastic condo and location within the resort - it is literally the closest condo to the beach and pool. Completely unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean with boats to watch going to and fro. Very new, very upscale, very clean, had everything we needed, owner was very available to help with any issues. Just be advised the beach is not swimmable due to strong undertow, so if you want to be in the water the pool is your option there. We liked the location in town. Felt secluded all the way at the end of the cabo, but close enough to the marina and the heart of town to walk, although we used the taxis a lot to get around. Taxis were easier and better than uber for us They were always available to and from Terrasol for about $10 anywhere you wanted to go. The marina has lots of shops, restaurants. Walmart is a $10 taxi each way. Plenty of charters there for tours and fishing.

Great place, the room is very updated, modern, very clean, and everything you could possibly need. The food at the palapa was better than 80% of the resorts I’ve stayed at in Cabo, and cheap! The pool is quiet and cool perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the time away. A short walk to the marina for dinner, I’d recommend mother flower, and then a short walk back to enjoy the sunset on an almost private quiet beach with nobody hassling you to buy anything. Very highly recommend will be staying again.

Thanks. We hope you can stay again in the future. We agree the Palapa has great food and is very low cost compared to our neighbor resorts. So many people find our location is excellent because you can walk right out of our gate to all the restaurants and shops. People tell me that they regret going all-inclusive or staying at a location facing the Sea of California.

Outstanding stay and perfect location!!!

Found this location online and spoke with Walt directly. Right on the beach, right next to the pool, right next to the small restaurant on the property. Perfect size for six people, and having an unobstructed view of the beach was just perfect. 100% would book this location again. Thanks for the great stay Walt.

STOP LOOKING AND BOOK THIS CONDO

This condo was STUNNING. No detail was spared. Luxury, location, and relaxation at it's finest. The community was quiet and peaceful. The view was breathtaking (and by that I mean watching whales breach from your balcony). The staff was so friendly and the food at the Palapa pool bar was as good as the view. Walt was so informative and easy to communicate with. If you want the best of the best, book this place. You WON'T regret it. We, ourselves, can't wait to return.

We are excited to have our condo available for rental which is really considered the nicest and best locations at the resort. Quite a value for what people will receive for this location. We just purchased this condo but have 2 other condos that have received over 80 5 star reviews between the 2 of them so I hope people can know they can rent this condo with confidence.
