Since the building is managed separately and we aren’t always given a heads-up about maintenance or projects, we aren’t always able to notify guests in advance, but we do our best whenever we are informed. Glad the unit itself was great! We sincerely apologize for the construction, parking disruption, and dumpster situation during the stay. As we manage individual units, we do not manage the building or its common areas, so unfortunately we are not always made aware of scheduled work or maintenance issues in advance. We understand how frustrating that can be and we will do our best to communicate any known disruptions ahead of future stays. Hope y'all will give us another chance on the Charleston coast!
