The cottage had everything you needed and was very clean. Great location to many attractions. The host is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely rent there again.

You’re right about the changes. We upgraded the flooring and switched the former queen bed for the current king bed and updated the kitchen table.

I was absolutely Thrilled with this darling cabin in Flat Rock, NC. Roz was THE Very Best Host EVER!! It was clean, well organized, fully stocked and perfectly located to all the fun stuff in Flat Rock. I will Absolutely return to see Roz again. And, if you don't know how awesome Flat Rock is, you are missing out. Loved it!!! Ann

Extremely helpful host and very cute unit. We loved our stay and it was an excellent location! Very close to a ton of Breweries and historic sites. We highly recommend flat rock bakery right around the corner!

My husband and I have stayed in many VRBO properties, in many different states. This property was the cleanest one we've ever been in. It was such a welcoming place. The owner really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. Water and soda in the fridge. A basket with Hershey kisses, hot chocolate mix, snack bars, and tea bags. A bottle of wine on the table. There was a very cute patio outside where we spent some quiet time. I would rate this property above a 5, if I could!

Three Cub Cottage was a delight! Roz and Tom have created a warm, cozy and well-maintained cottage with darling decorative touches, a well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities.The SPOTLESS cottage was quiet, nestled in the trees with two small outdoor seating areas to enjoy a cup of coffee or a quiet moment.The stackable washer and dryer were brand new and very convenient. The screen doors allowed for great airflow in the cooler evening and morning hours while the air conditioning fully cooled the entire place during the fluctuating fall temperatures. Roz was very responsive and Tom greeted me kindly upon arrival.The cottage was very close to everything Flat Rock has to offer, including the nearby theater, shops and restaurants.I would LOVE the opportunity to stay at Three Cub Cottage again in the future.Thank You!

The Three Cubs Cottage was the cutest little place! The pictures do not do it justice. It was larger than expected and served all of our needs well. Very clean and cozy. Roz our host was great! We would highly recommend and will stay there again if we are in the area.

Amazing little cottage, very clean, quiet and relaxing. Close to downtown Hendersonville and bike trails. Check in was very easy and the host was wonderful, the snacks and drinks in the refrigerator was a nice touch. We will definitely stay there again.

Three Cub Cottage proved to be charming, well-kept, very clean, and just perfect for our week's stay. We loved having a 2nd bedroom to stash our clothes (complete w/washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy living room w/ TV & DVR, a relaxing bedroom, and a sweet outdoor deck w/table & chairs. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The location - great, very quiet and easily accessible. Nearby you'd find the Flat Rock Playhouse & Carl Sandburg estate. We would love to return & stay there again one day.

Adorable cabin, conveniently located close to everything. Clean, comfy, quiet. Easy check-in. Snacks, waters, & wine provided by owner were a lovely touch. Birdsong from front sitting area was delightful! Extra bedroom (not needed this time) & washer/dryer are helpful. Truly, couldn't have been better. Thank you for providing a calm setting to unwind and relax.
