THE ACCESS
You will have the entire property to yourself. Key collection point is at the Friendly Grocer Broadbeach which is 7 mins walk from the building. The shop opens till 12am so no check-in later than 12am.
Our standard check-in hour is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.
Parking: There is ONE complementary designated underground parking spot comes with all bookings, the entry clearance is 2.2m
Please refrain from mentioning that you are staying for short-term accommodation, as neighbors may not be supportive.
The following strict House Rules also apply:
1. Respect the residential neighborhood and your neighbors.
2. No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
3. No parties or antisocial behavior.
4. No unapproved additional guests.
5. No smoking within the building at all times
6. Notify us if something is broken.
7. No shoes indoors to protect the floors.
8. Building management or reception cannot assist during your stay.
9. Excessive noise or antisocial behavior can lead to complaints or legal action.
IMPORTANT: Breaching house rules may result in a $500 fine, damage compensation, and immediate eviction.
Check-Out Instructions:
- Clean and put dishes back to original position.
- Return furniture to original location.
- Take out the rubbish
- Turn off appliances, lights, and secure doors/windows.
- Lock doors and return the keys to the pick up location
Additional Information:
- Baby cot/high chair available on request with a fee (2 days notice required).
- Government-issued ID required for identity verification.
- Lock-out fees: $50 during business hours, up to $250 after hours/weekends.
- Lost keys incur a $250 replacement fee.
- Excess cleaning or damage charges start at $150.
