Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed the condo’s location and found our check-in process and communication to be excellent. Your visit came at the very end of our busy summer season, when vacation rentals can occasionally show a little more wear and tear. We appreciate you bringing the cosmetic issues in your photos to our attention, and we’re addressing them this week. We provide starter supplies for all our guests, including basic household essentials, and are always happy to replenish items upon request. We were in communication throughout your two-night stay and would have gladly addressed any of these concerns had they been brought to our attention. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of them until this review. Regarding currency, the booking platform determines how rates are displayed and charged based on its settings, which are outside our control. We take pride in providing comfortable, well-maintained accommodations and responsive local service. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address these details for future guests.

Thanks!

Thanks Lori! You are welcome back any time!

Thanks Ross! Hope to have you again!
