- Electricity, water, and daily cleaning are included (bed sheets changed every 3 nights).
- Breakfast not included; Breakfast preparation service (07:00–10:00 AM) guests will be responsible for the cost of ingredients.

- Manager available for restaurant, taxi, and activity bookings (e.g., day tours, tickets, sea tours, golf, yoga, spa, etc.).

2. Welcome drink and fresh tropical fruit on arrival;
3. BBQ grill, baby cot, and high chair are available;
4. Cleaning and towel change everyday; bed sheets changed every 3 nights;
5. Smoking not allowed in the rooms, only outside;
6. Staffs working hours are from 8:00-19:00( Not late than 20:00), can be slightly flexible if necessary
7. Check-in time 15:00, Check-out time11:00, early check-in and late check-out depends on availability and may result in extra charge.
