The host and property could not have been more outstanding. All the amenities were in working order, the house was well appointed, and the owner made the floating dock available for my jet skis. I highly recommend this apollo beach location and property. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Excellent property, would definitely stay again. The house was exactly as described and very clean. We were visiting our daughter and son-in-law with our whole family, and everyone was entertained. We had children, teenagers, young adults to seniors, and everyone had something to do.Mike, our host, was superb. He welcomed us, gave a brief tutorial on the hot tub, and even put a fence around the pool for us when he found out we had toddlers in the group. Excellent experience!

Nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Literally something for everyone. I would have been happy just staying there all week and never leaving the house but we had kids and other family in our group that wanted to do outings. The pool and hot tub were excellent, we used the grill almost daily, fished from the dock often, took a few kayak trips down the canal and made use of the putting green, pool floaties, and outdoor television. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure was great and when we had a few very minor maintenance issues, maintenance service was expedient. HIGHLY recommend!

I have so many great things to say! Without a doubt, the best stocked kitchen! Blender, crock pot, tons on baking pans, loads of cookware, sharp cutting knives, and place settings for kiddos, too. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! The pool is perfect. It's a good size and has lots of places to hangout in. My 2-year old granddaughter LOVED the putting green area. The screen door latches are up high, which is great security for toddlers. And, oh my gosh, amazing water pressure in the showers!! My family, all 4 generations, loved our stay and look forward to coming back!
