Situated on the quiet end of the esplanade, this gorgeous recently renovated two storey home has stunning views of Middleton beach, the bay and the Port Elliot headland. Walk across the road and you are on a quiet stretch of sandy beach.
Walk to the local shops or bike ride to Goolwa or Port Elliot along the bike way.

The Space:
The Esplanade Escape offers the perfect space for two families or friends if required - to join under the one roof but still enjoy independent living. With four separate living areas and two fully equipped kitchens, it offers all of the space you could possibly want. All living areas have coastal views and the upstairs balcony is the perfect space to relax and enjoy a drink whilst watching the ocean.

There is a large rear yard with plenty of lawn on offer - with a fire pit and a substantial dining table. The beach is directly across the road; you will be able to enjoy surfing, fishing or walking along this gorgeous stretch of coast. This is a near perfect holiday getaway destination.

The home has been beautifully renovated and furnished with modern stylish furnishings. It is instantly attractive.

The fully self contained property has the following layout, which the whole family will love:

When you arrive at the property you will have plenty of parking spaces, including through the double gates leading into the backyard. Plenty of room to bring the boat!

Downstairs layout:

Seating area, what a perfect space to sit and enjoy those amazing beach views. This area also has a dining table and chairs to seat 4 people. Glass sliding doors leading out onto the front decked area.

Lounge room with plenty of seating areas, TV and amazing beach views through to the deck.
Kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, sink, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle and much more.
Dining room with a large table to seat 10 people.
Second kitchen with electric cooking, sink, fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle and much more!
Bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
Separate laundry to access you need to go outside there is a washing machine and basin.

Another toilet is located via accessing through to outside.
Large fully fenced secure backyard. Nice grass area for the children to play. Table and chairs outside to seat 8 people as well as a BBQ. Outside entertaining area is undercover which is great for all season entertaining.

Upstairs layout:
There will be no need to fight over who gets the main bedroom with the water views. This home offers two main bedrooms with amazing views to wake up to!
Main bedroom with a king size bed, amazing beach views, hanging space, glass sliding doors leading out onto the deck.
Second bedroom with a queen size bed, built in robes and amazing beach views again, glass sliding doors leading out onto the deck.
Second lounge room with plenty of seating areas including bean bags, TV, NBN internet, books and more.
Two separate bathrooms are located upstairs both with a shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom three with a queen size bed, bench and a large mirror.
Bedroom four with a tri bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top) with hanging spaces for clothes.

Sea view decks upstairs and downstairs with outdoor seating offer the perfect space to soak up being on holidays and hearing and watching the waves crashing and smelling that fresh sea air.

Property sleeps: 9 People
Bedding configurations, all bedrooms are located upstairs:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: 1 x Tri Bunk Bed (Double on the bottom, single on the top)

Bed linen and bathroom towels included. Bring your own beach towels.
One well behaved dog may be permitted to come with you. Please let us know what breed as only non shedding dogs will be allowed inside. Other breeds, outside only.
A $75 pet fee will apply.
No Parties or Events
Strictly No Smoking anywhere on the property. Fines will apply for non compliance.
The shed is not available for guest use
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
No smoking
No parties or events
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
