The home worked great for a work trip and was spacious and as described. We ran into one issue the last day with the water heater overflowing, alarm sounding, etc. I told the host immediately and we shut down the system. That evening, there was brown dirty water coming out of the sink, shower, etc. for over 20 minutes. I couldn’t brush my teeth, wash my face, etc. I was told to run all the faucets in the house until it clears up. When I inquired about a partial refund for the last day the host said no because the issue was resolved that day. I disagree given there were quite a few “maintenance” tasks I had to do personally. Otherwise, a good stay!

We booked this house with 4 other families on our girls softball team. This house was VERY nice & spacious! 4 of the 5 bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was extremely convenient! Communication with the property manager was perfect!I have NO complaints & will look to book this house again if ever in Midland !

The property was perfect! Location couldn’t have been easier for our group and occasion. The house easily fit everyone comfortably and the pool was the perfect addition for energetic kiddos to let loose. The photos don’t do this listing justice. We will definitely be back!
