Clean space. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Easy to enter and felt safe and secure. Hosts have thought through all the necessities. The Brita water pitcher was a highlight for me. We live in a rural setting, so it was fun to be a city dweller for a few days. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to use your space.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay…The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Every room felt curated and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We never made a meal—we didn’t need to with so many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops right there!!We had a small issue with one of the tv’s, and the property manager was quick to respond and help!A (can I go higher?! ;)

Perfection

Our stay was absolute perfection! Steve and Shelley are amazing hosts and everything we could have wanted was within walking distance. If we ever have to stay in Grand Rapids we will be staying here!

There was everything that you needed in the kitchen if you wanted to prepare a meal and the kitchen island has plenty of seating. The space was light and bright, aesthetically pleasing and also has two bathrooms, which is a plus! The town has great shops and eateries in walking distance.If ever in the area again, would definitely stay here!

I’m giving this 5 stars because this is probably one of the best properties you can rent in Grand Rapids. Vibrant location with plenty to do within walking distance. Ample street parking. Beautifully appointed with newer fixtures and appliances, well stocked and clean. Surprisingly quiet in the bedrooms despite being on the main road. However our experience wasn’t perfect. The disappointing part was that check-in was needlessly stressful. We requested an early check in. The host communicated the apartment was ready at 2:30pm, a full 90 minutes early—great! Then, they did not provide door code access until 5:50pm, nearly 2 hours after the original 4pm check in deadline. The app wasn’t able to assist us during that time, either. I have rented many properties before and the door access instructions are always in the app by check-in time. We also experienced a few unfortunate maintenance issues that the hosts promises will be addressed for future guests. Due to all the positives, I would still recommend this property, but make sure you remind the host - well in advance - that you will need to know how to gain entrance to the home.

We're so glad you loved the location, the walkability, the parking, and how quiet the bedrooms were despite being on a main road, and that you found the home beautifully appointed, well stocked, and clean. Thank you as well for letting us know about the difficulties gaining access. That never should have happened. We will review the process with the management company to make sure that the codes are received well in advance.
