Great Little House, Great Yard

The home has been well maintained and it was clean. I was very happy with the large, fenced-in back yard area and the nice, thick mattresses, and it had everything that we needed for our visit. This was a very pleasant stay and I hope to stay again.

Loved our stay

We spent a week as we visited with our daughter who recently moved to the area. We loved how clean and updated the property was. The back yard was perfect for our pup and for us to relax. We will definitely stay again.

Great pet friendly place!

This place was awesome! Looking forward to renting again when we visit family in Holly Springs. Fenced yard was great for our 2 small dogs and neighborhood great place to walk the dogs.

Quaint and quiet NC stay

We had a wedding we had to be at in Fuquay and so this home was perfect. Great location and in a quiet neighborhood! We loved the place and the backyard for our pup.

A Fuquay Varina gem!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Such a clean and inviting property that had a warm and welcoming feel. Stayed here to reconnect with a family member and it was perfect. The host, Jason, responded quickly to questions and helped to make our experience perfect! Highly recommend this property!

Stay in Fuquay

We came to town for the weekend, brought our senior dog along with us and this property was just perfect for our stay! Nice, quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shopping! The house was lovely, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay! We did not need to communicate with the host during our stay but he was very communicative beforehand with check in information! Will absolutely rent this home again!

House was clean & comfortable. Beds very comfortable & air conditioning works great, owner very responsive to any needs. Home in an older mixed community but safe area & convenient to all areas & grocery close by. LaFarm Bakery excellent in area.

The property is as advertised. Very clean, easy check in, quick responses from Jason, although nothing was needed during the stay because everything was fine. The yard is humongous and was perfect for my dogs to run around in during the day. Overall, quiet neighborhood, would stay again.

Great Find

This rental was just as other reviews stated. Spotlessly clean and pleasant to return to at the end of the day. Didn’t have to contact owner as rental was loaded with information on how to operate everything. Only suggestion I have concerns lighting in this lovely home. I prefer soft lighting from table lamps or floor lamps. Only one floor lamp was present in the whole house. If you prefer very bright overhead lighting then this home is perfect.

Our second time staying in this home. Nice, big fenced in back yard. The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space to lounge around and the kitchen was stocked with all of the basic necessities.

Perfect Place for Our Visit!

House is exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable cozy stay - even during a snow storm!! My spouse and I brought our 2 medium size dogs to the area for nearly two weeks to watch our daughter’s college lacrosse games. There was plenty of space and a huge fenced in yard for the dogs to play. I will definitely stay here again.

Wedding guests with pets

Perfect place for 2 adult travelers with 2 small dogs. The house was very clean, well equipped, and close to shopping centers. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. The firepit out back is a bonus feature too.

I'm originally from Everglades City Florida but I've lived and worked in several different places. To name a few, I've lived in Naples FL, Tampa FL, Cleveland TN, Boston MA, West Palm Beach FL and we recently moved from Ft. Lauderdale FL to Holly Springs NC in order for my children to experience the great school systems that Wake county has to offer.

Each room has a large Smart TV with high speed internet connection. You will also be able to watch cable TV through the spectrum app on each TV.

Brand New Washer and Dryer in home.

Enjoy a complementary hot cup of coffee or coco on our back porch with a beautiful view of a tree line and fall leaves.

Each Bed is a gel-infused memory foam mattress combined with gel infused foam which is designed to draw heat away from your body for a more comfortable nights sleep.

All beds and pillow cases are lined with a Hypoallergenic Waterproof Protector that protects against dust mites, fluids, urine, perspiration and allergens which is great for those with kids, pets allergies asthma, eczema or incontinence.

After each guest stay we have a verified professional cleaning company that comes in for a deep cleaning and sanitation. They will wash all bedding and linens, sanitize and clean the entire home.

Home is equipped with a fire blanket that can be used to extinguish small fires or wrap around your body to prevent burns in the event a fire occurs.
