Welcome to the private bright ground level in Family-friendly Wallingford, a convenient and quiet neighborhood near the University of Washington and downtown Seattle. The inviting suite has 3 bedrooms with a queen, a full-size and 2 twin-size for each bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious Living room with TV. We have Netflix for entertaining, and a sofa for kids' sleeping. Perfect for a whole family to stay on vacation or a small group of friends to visit Seattle. Green lake is in less than 1 mile; UW Campus is in 1.2 miles of a short walk, and Downtown Seattle is a block away for a bus ride and 4 miles of driving. You will have a private whole suite (3 bedrooms + Living room) for your stay in Seattle. Welcome to Seattle! And hope you have a great stay.

The private keypad entrance to your guest suite is through an entrance room where you will have a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. If you need extra beds for your kid for an extra fee. There is also parking by the house, or street parking is always available.
