Spacious, clean, and comfortable condo in a fantastic complex. Communication with the host was excellent, which made check in and check out a breeze. The unit is a short walk to the pool and hot tub (which are amazing), and the beach is just a bit further. Having the Hilton pool pass was awesome and also easy to use with clear instructions in the unit. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Lots of space for our family of 5. We have kids between the ages of 13-17 so we maybe didn’t need the Hilton pool pass because the pool on the property was fine for the amount of lounging they do. For younger kids, pool pass would be better for playing. We had family staying in the next building over so everyone walked back & forth & had multiple areas to hangout in. Property exceeded our expectations.

Great location

Great location, close walk to the beach and shops. A but far to walk to the Hilton waikoloa for pool pass, but we did visit the pool once which was nice. Condo is well stocked, everything worked well and was as advertised. Would stay again!

Excellent location! The shower in the 'little' bathroom doesn't work, but my sister didn't tell me until we got home. Other than that, it was a terrific location!! Thank you for letting us stay!!!1

Great stay at this Kolea Condo!

We had a great experience at this comfortable and well- furnished condo with Hawaiian touches. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach, the Kings and Queens shops, and to be able to head down to the complex pool nearby. We loved being able to head over to the Waikoloa and use the pool pass! Mahalo and we look forward to returning on our next trip!

Summer Family Holiday

Excellent location - very short walk to the pool, and to the nearby beach. Unit very nice, everything you could need was there, including beach chairs and umbrella, which was nice. Beds were a bit on the soft side for my liking, but still comfortable. Would definitely consider returning there in the future.

Family Vacation

Honestly couldn’t have been better. Great unit, great pool and amenities, even better location. We used the Hilton pool pass several days as it’s right next door. Fabulous experience at Kolea!

Perfect location, wonderful home

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condominium. It was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and perfectly located. We loved having access to the Marriott, Hilton, and the awesome Kolea beach club. The owner was very quickly responsive when we had a question and check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Thank you!

Nice three bedroom

Walking distance to the beach. Nice green space off the lanai for kids to run around. Storage unit filled with useful beach items.

December 2022 Stay

Condo was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Pass to the Hilton was appreciated, however, we found the pool at the condo complex less crowded and the pool was heated!

Great area and a Beautiful unit

Best area and complex in the Waikoloa beach area. You won't be disappointed. This would have been a 5-star, except the owners have the thermostat set to only go down to 72, and we like it a little cooler to sleep. If 72 is good for you, stay here.

Beautiful complex right on the beach

This unit and complex are stunning. Huge units with beautiful grounds. The unit itself had every utensil, dish, and tubberware we needed. Huge master bedroom and luxurious bathroom. Easy walk to the pool and beach. And bonus, the owner has a ton of beach gear including a wagon! Great stay. We will be back.

Enjoyable but needs attention

Location is great. Unit needs some TLC but equipt with basics. It was clean for the most part but I have small children and the area rug was really dirty and the bedroom carpets need replacing. Having the Hilton pass was great for the kids. Overall happy with our stay.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations regarding cleanliness and wish we could have sent our cleaners back to deal with any perceived deficiencies, as we have very high standards for their service. We realize there was a problem with the lighting in the master bedroom, as there appeared to be a faulty circuit breaker - which has been addressed by an electrician. We are sorry this was not resolved during your stay, but hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your visit. Mahalo for sharing your experience.

Perfect location!

The condo was just as described and we love how walkable the condo is to the Hilton, the markets, and strolling along Anaehoʻomalu Bay. Having the Hilton passes for my 16 year old son and his friend was a bonus since the pool at Kolea is strict about playing with balls or any pool toys and the Hilton pool is move lively and fun for kids. Communication with Resortica was easy and they were incredibly responsively and timely. The Condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped. My only criticism is that the couch is older and not comfortable. Overall, an excellent place we’d stay again.

Nice condo. Kitchen well equipped. Carpets need cleaning badly. Area rug to filthy. Lovely patio. Good BQ. Bathroom showers need updating. Great location. Enjoyed our visit.
