In front of Star City, PICC, World Trade Center, Cultural Center and only a few minutes from MOA and NAIA Airport.

Located on the higher floors to present yourself with a beautiful view throughout the day.

• 43inch LG smart TV (inside bedroom)
• 3 ceiling fans
• 1 Sofa bed
• Fridge with freezer
• Microwave
• 1 bathroom with Panasonic hot water heater

Guest access to swimming pool and game room, penthouse lounge and sky lounge.
Parking is available on-site or in SMDC Breeze, a parking space isn't reserved.
It is first come, first serve.
50 pesos for the first 2 hours, after 20 pesos exceeding hours.

The location is convenient that there is many different stores easily accessible at ground level.
