Our charming, newly redecorated, ground level 2BR/2BA condo invites you to relax on one of the country’s top-rated beaches. Whether you are returning for your annual beach trip or discovering the paradise that is St. George Island for the first time, we welcome you at Villa A-2!

As you enter into the open living/dining space you are immediately greeted with views of sparkling Gulf waters and white sand beaches! Our open living/dining room features comfortable seating, a large, flat screen TV, and Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests. The furnished beachfront patio is the perfect place to watch the sun rise over the Gulf or to relax in the colors of the setting sun.

Enjoy beach view dining from our dining table that seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. Our well-equipped kitchen offers the conveniences of home with all basic and large appliances.

The Gulf front Master suite has a King bed and TV. An open vanity area makes morning preparations more convenient, with an enclosed full bath with shower. Just past the Master suite is another full bath with bathtub and shower. A stacked laundry center is also available here for your use. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a flat screen TV.

Villas of St. George is a 42 unit condominium with large community swimming pool and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, we are within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and St. George Island’s 17 mile long bike path.

This was our first visit to St. George Island and we loved it! My children loved the accessibility to the beach and pool. The view was amazing! We met many friends and will be back in the future!

We had a great week!! The location is perfect! Walking or golf cart ride distance to all the things! The complex is perfect. Everyone was so nice! This unit could use some updates and TLc but it was overall clean! The host is very responsive!

Great location, beautiful view. Unit is right on the beach. Nicely decorated and equipped, very clean, and up to date. Made for a great getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

This was our first time ever vacationing in St George Island. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Susan was great, and extremely quick to respond to any questions. The property was gorgeous and right on the beach. The view is amazing, beach was not crowded at all. Perfect location for us. We had everything we needed, cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo, and ate dinner out. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings.

Spring Break 2025

I treated my family to SGI for their first time and they LOVED it.The condo was perfect. Direct beach access and walking distance to everything you could possibly need. We did not want to leave. The condo was well equipped with everything you need. You will never be disappointed staying here. We look forward to the next time.

Beautiful Week in Paradise

The beach was beautiful! The property was very clean and provided the cookware we needed to prepare supper. The property was within walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Home is perfect location for family of 4. Walking distance to everything and easy beach access. Susan was a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again!

So relaxing!

This vacation could not have come at a more perfect time! The property was just as described and the host was very responsive to any questions we may have had. The bottom floor unit right on the ocean gave the most perfect morning and evening views for drinking coffee. The weather was perfection for relaxing and enjoying the beach. Would have immediately rebooked for next summer if it wasn’t already booked! Will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation 2024

We had the best stay! The condo was as pictured, clean, and in the perfect location! If there is one thing I can recommended it would be to bring extra bath towels and rags as there was only one towel and rag per person provided. The people above us were a little loud but overall we had a great experience! We can’t wait to go back!

Nice ground floor condo with a great view right on the beach. Great for those of us that are unable to, or do not enjoy climbing stairs. Susan the host/owner, was a pleasure to work with and answered my texts and emails promptly. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back!!

Heavenly View

The view from the patio is exactly as shown on line, beautiful. The villa is very comfortable and decorated nicely. It could use a little TLC especially the patio area. However, the patio furniture is comfortable. We loved that it was on the ground floor, however the family staying above us with children was quite noisy...something to keep in mind.

Unit was gorgeous. View was the ultimate. Island is perfect. Management contacts were the best ever. I sent a pic of the stunning view to a friend…her comment was…”that can’t be real”. I couldn’t have said it better. Will stay again every chance I get❣️

Perfect villa for beach vacation

This is a great property for a relaxing beach vacation. Having a ground floor unit makes it so easy to come and go. The unit had everything we needed for a beach vacation. We like to cook and the unit had everything we needed! The vacation was cut short due to a hurricane but we are looking forward to coming back in October to finish out the days. Susan has been wonderful to work with and very helpful. Initially I was concerned the dunes and vegetation would block the view, but it does not!! I would rent this villa again!

Great Villa!!!!!!

This has to be one of the best villas on property. Had a huge patio with plentiful seating facing the ocean and the master had its own glass sliding doors to that patio. If there was anything that would have made it better is there was only 1 bath towel per bed (2 for master) and most woman/teen girls like separate towels to wrap their hair. I didn't think to bring extras. Great Kitchen as well!

This was our first time to St.George Island!

This condo has a great view of the beach with a large porch with seating for our whole family! The kitchen is fully stocked to make meals in the condo and even has a pan for muffins and cupcakes! The first floor location is great with little kids and carrying around beach equipment! Parking was great! In and out of the condo to the car in only a few steps when unpacking or carrying groceries. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. Our only complaint would be the floors. They were a little dirty and we could never get the feel of sand off our feet even after vacuuming once or twice a day while there. We do yearly beach trips and have never had this issue. It might just need a few rugs! Thanks for sharing your condo!

Great stay at St George Island

Second time we've stayed in this condo complex which is convenient to the small grocery store and to the bridge if you need to leave the island. Ground floor gave us easy access to the beach. It was a great week!
